Huolimatta erittäin keskeisestä sijainnista on hotellli uskomattoman rauhallinen. Hotellin vanha hissi jo käynnin arvoinen! Huoneiden korkeus ja ranskalaiset parvekkeet miellyttivät. Kokolattiamatot! |

Hyvä hotelli aivan parhaalla paikalla keskellä Madridia. Lyhyt matka kaikkialle. Miellyttävä ja palvelualtis henkilökunta. Romanttinenkin ja varsin siisti. |

Loistava sijainti historiallisella alueella( alle o,5 km plaza Mayorilta, Royal Place, Ooppera) lähellä löytyy kauppojakin mm. Corte del Ingles, joka auki klo 22 asti ja edullisia kahviloita/ravintoloita. Liikenne ei häiritse, koska hotelli pienllä aukiolla, jossa ei autoja. Taksi ei oikein meinannut löytää, koska paljon yksisuuntaisia katuja. Metrolle Callao 300m. Parhaat muotiliikkeet eri alueella, Salamancassa, mutta sinne pääsee4 metrolla helposti. Madridissa 6 Massimo Dutti liikettä, joissa hinta-laatu suhde tosi kohdallaan. |

Mainly location. Staff very helpful, but it would be a good idea to include tea-making facilities in the room. Too much electro magnetic radiation in room -- my wife could not rest or sleep comfortably. |

The room was clean, the location was excellent, I liked the little balcony of my room but I would like to see a couple of chairs on it. I had to ask twice for my tv to be fixed, the aircondition was smelly, the breakfast could benefit seriously by more choice, also having to order an omelate, or eggs, or bacon was not convinient, the staff of the breakfast hall could be more attentive and pleasant. |

Quiet square in a great location. Nice breakfast and comfortable rooms. The hotel has a lot of inward facing rooms and some people don't like this but it has the advantage of being quiet. |

The hotel was very clean and has free internet and a nice lounge downstairs. We stayed twice on either end of our trip and both times were pleased with the room. |

The room we eventually secured was very pleasant, with large windows leading on to balcony overlooking the square. Good location and breakfast, staff family friendly, building has character.. Irritatingly first sent to a small and very dark room, totally unsuitable, even though a far better one was free. Complained and were moved, but if the hotel is full you might have no choice, so don't go for deals you can't back out of. |

The location was very good and central to everything. Great breakfast. Quiet and peaceful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our rooms were lovely and clean. The bathroom was a great size and a good shower. Plasma screen was great. Even the lift to our room was so quick. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. |

Location excellent. Short walking distance to everything. Central but very quiet. Reception understaffed (only one person). Hotel room smelled of drainage water throughout but we got another when requested. Internet facilities - only one pc available in the lobby and couldn't get wireless connectivity in the room unless I went down to the lobby. |

Buffet breakfast was great. Staff was very helpful for any inquiries. Their suggestions for Flamenco dinner or restaurants were excellent. Broken blow dryer was replaced quickly. Above all, its location was perfect. Broken blow dryer was replaced quickly. |

Massive rooms and very quiet despite being in the centre of Madrid (Plazza del Sol). Its in a pedestrianised area so its really qiuet at night. Great air conditioning to keep cool in vey hot Madrid!! |

I find hotels who use 2 singles bed and sell them as a king or double size ones are cheap, and hotel Martin did this, and as a tell person I ended paying for a bed that I only used half of it all the time, the hotel was also very stingy with shampoos and bathroom commodities, the made will actually will not leave a shampoo bottle if there is a half used one and so on, this is an other cheap side of this hotel |

The location was walking distance to everywhere, it was clean and comfortable, with a bath and the air conditioning was good after walking the city on a hot day. We didn't need it but apparently there was no wireless internet in the rooms. |
