Hyvä sijainti aivankeskustan ja nähtävyyksien tuntumassa, kuitenkin varsin rauhallisella paikalla. Erinomainen aamiainen ja ystävällinen palvelualtis henkilökunta.

Saimme aluksi pienen huoneen, jossa ei ollut vaatekaappitiloja (5 yötä hotellissa). Saimme kuitenkin vaihdettua 3 yöksi tilavamman huoneen.

Erinomainen sijainti, aivan keskusaukio SOL vieressá eli siis kaikki keskeisimmát palvelut esim. metro ja putiikit erittáin láhellá. :)

Kun saavuimme hotelliin, respassa meidát vastaaotti kaveri joka hiljalleen puhui puhelimessa ja otti jopa kolme-neljá uutta puhelua ennen kuin "otti meidát vastaan" vaikka kerkesimme jo ensimmáinen puhelun loputtua kertoa hánelle, ettá meillá on huone varattuna. Támán jálkeen hán sivuutti meidát ja otti vastaan jonossa meidán takana seisseen espanjalaisen miehen jolla ei ollut edes varausta hotellissa ja tokaisi meille ettá ks. miehellá on hieman "kiire" koska hánellá on tóitá. No sitten támán jálkeen kaveri vastasi vielá kaksi kertaa puhelimeen jonka jálkeen páásimme vihdoin huoneeseemme !! ps:erittáin erikoinen tapa ottaa asiakkaat vastaan !! ..ja kyse ei ollut kielitaidon puutteesta

Maria Elene Palace on tyylikäs kaupunkihotelli. Hyvällä sijainnilla Puerto del Sol aukion laidassa sivukadun varressa. Aamiainen kannattaa ostaa, oikein hyvä ja monipuolinen.

Huone oli aika pieni ja siivous tehtiin vasta iltapäivän aikana, jolloin olisimme jo halunneet kaupunki kierrokselta palattuamme rauhoittua ja levätä tovin.

Hotelli oli siisti , hiljainen ja erinomaisella paikalla. Huone oli mukava ja iso parveke oli mukava yllätys. Myös aamiainen oli erittäin hyvä.

Sängyt olivat liian kovat.

Hotellin sijainti on todella hyvä, rauhallinen sikatu ja kuitenkin lähellä Puerta del Solia

Hotellinhenkilökunta on viileää, palveluhenkisyyttä voisi olla enemmän

The location was perfect for all the city centre sights and breakfast was superb.

I booked a double room and was given a twin room. There was a such a great reluctance to even show us a double room, we gave up complaining.

Great Location , clean bright,great breakfast with good staff and service.I would highly recommend this Hotel

Rooms a little small.

The breakfast was very good indeed. The room was spacious and clean. The location is excellent.

The fact that you have to pay for the Internet. Also, some of the staff was not very helpful. The hotel got us a taxi to the airport and we got ripped off.

I particularly liked the location to central Madid.

Excelent location in the heart of Madrid, very central , just some minutes walk from Puerta del Sol and Gran Via street. The room was not big but comfortabe, quite and cleaned every day. The breakfast is delicious. Staff at the reception and at breakfast were efficient and very helpful.

The room was not big enough.

The hotel was very well situation in near the Puerta Del Sol and the Sol metro station. Breakfast was excellent and the staff in the dining room were very firendly. The room and bathroom were very clean. Also it was very quiet at night considering the location within the city.

The reception staff member who checked us in was very unfriendly. She didn't welcome us and didn't provide any information about either the hotel facilities nor the location of the hotel within the city and nearest points of interest, restaurants etc. It was very clear she just didn't want to engage in any conversation. Not a first good impression to give of an establishment or of your city. Also the bed was extremely hard.

Central position close to shops, restaurants, galleries etc.

Rooms very small. Myroom was on the road , very noisy. On one night it was impossible to sleep until a gang of revellers dispersed at 4 a.m..The breakfast was poor and served by siaff with attitude.
