Lähes luksusluokan hotelli. Vastaanotossa puhutaan myös englantia. Lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä vanhan kaupungin parhaista nähtävyyksistä. Metroasema aivan hotellin edessä. Hotellissa näyttäisi olevan kohtalaisen hyvä ravintola, jossa kävi myös paikallisia syömässä iltaisin.

Madridin keskustassa, lyhyt matka erilaisiin nähtävyyksiin mm kuninkaan linnaan. Baareja, pikkukauppoja vieri vieressä. Metroasema hotellin edustalla. Helppo nähdä kaupungin elämää.

The rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpfull. Location was great easy to walk to sites or to catch the metro.

Room was far too small with a view of only the ventilation system, air conditioning system all but useless and very few good TV station.

Very nice hotel. Staff was helpful. At check-in suggested and arranged a shuttle to the airport instead of a taxi because the shuttle cost was half of a taxi fare. Two restaurants, both very good. Great location.

Soundproofing in the rooms could be improved. We could hear voices of guests in nearby rooms. Also, our room faced a back street with a bar, so that was rather noisy when the patrons left. Also, a garbage truck came roaring through at 3 AM. To be expected, I suppose, when you're staying in the heart of a major city.
