Lähes luksusluokan hotelli. Vastaanotossa puhutaan myös englantia. Lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä vanhan kaupungin parhaista nähtävyyksistä. Metroasema aivan hotellin edessä. Hotellissa näyttäisi olevan kohtalaisen hyvä ravintola, jossa kävi myös paikallisia syömässä iltaisin. |

Keskeisestä sijainnista ja ennakkoon lukemistamme asiakasarvioinneista poiketen hotelli oli rauhallinen. Huoneistomme sijaitsi ylimmässä kerroksessa ja siinä oli myös parveke. Kylpyhuone oli todella siisti. |

Madridin keskustassa, lyhyt matka erilaisiin nähtävyyksiin mm kuninkaan linnaan. Baareja, pikkukauppoja vieri vieressä. Metroasema hotellin edustalla. Helppo nähdä kaupungin elämää. |

Loistava sijainti. Vaikkei omaa parkingia niin yleinen tosin kallis parking metrin paassa.Metro vieressa. Huoneen koko hyva, sangyt erittain hyvat ja kph oikein hyva.lammin huone. Kiitos tulen toisteki. Huom> en halua tata koskien enaa yhteydenottoa eika lisakysymyksia!!!! Jonkin verran melua huoneiden ja kaytavan valilla. |

My wife and I spent 4 nights at this hotel. It is the perfect hotel for a city break in Madrid, It is within a 15minute walk of all major attractions and the Sevilla metro station is at your front door to save your legs.One of Madrid's top ten and oldest restaurants is only a 3 minute walk away but I strongly suggest that you save your money and enjoy the superior food at the the hotel restaurant.Both my wife and I will be returning to this hotel Cafeteria is a smoking area. |

We were given a very nice, clean room on the top floor with the added bonus of a sunny terrace. Reception was busy but well staffed and man there was very friendly, professional and helpful. |

The rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpfull. Location was great easy to walk to sites or to catch the metro. |

The room was spotless. The hotel was modern and clean. I would recommend. Quiet even though several reviews I had read said it was noisy. Walking distance to Puerta del Sol. Yes the rooms are not soundproof. |

Tis hotel mey my needs in all respects, compact and easy to find.The location was perfect for a city vist. The styl of hotel blended in with the city life and culture of Madrid not at all, the hotel seems to have hit the spopt for a 3/4 star hotel catering to short stay visitors |
