Hotellin ulkona olevan henkilökunnan palvelu erinomaista. Matkalaukut saapuivat huoneeseen samanaikaisesti, plussaa. Erityiskiitos vastaanoton tytöille jotka hoitivat homman erinomaisesti. Voin suositella.

Hotel was very comfortable, reception area was very spacious, good restaurants and service, breakfast was excellent.

I found the staff disinterested in any concerns . the communication at all points an effort . I also found I stayed there because of the pool . it closed for winter on the 15 th september . The 2 days of my stay were 31 and 32 degrees , so the pool being shut was bizarre . For a tourist it is away from everywhere

Generally ok

There was nothing to do at the hotel, exept for staying there. The pillow was extremely unconfortable. It lacked the sense of value for your money.

It was a quiet and well run place. Though would have preferred the Mella Castilla in Sole which we liked better

It is too far from the city and even the surroundings are not too happening

The food in the buffet was great. Had a meal at the spanish restaraunt to salty and very pricey.

very smart Hotel in the centre of Madrid ,food was very good the room was first class,the service was very good

Fantastic experience....

I liked during my stay the room it was very comfortable, I liked also the big choice of food for breakfast, and swimming-pool where you could coold down in hot days.

Location - close to the Metro station and 30 min Metro ride to the Airport

Hotel was very clean, wide selection of breakfast.

I think the hotel would need a renovation soon,but although old fashioned it is nice and very well kept.
