The staff will do their utmost to make your stay a comfortable and enjoyable one. They will be happy to advise on tourist excursions or trips, restaurants and shows etc.
The International Airport of Barajas (13 km) and the Trade Fair Juan Carlos I are easily accessible via metro. The nearest stop, Argüelles, is close to the hotel.
Other places of interest are the city of Toledo (60 km), El Escorial (45 km) and Segovia (78 km) have good public transport connections.

Lots of shops nearby of you want to go shopping, a huge Corte Ingles and a Starbucks if you want to have breakfast, the metro station is also realy close if you want to go to the city center. Easy to access if you're driving from the M-6 Highway |

The city-centre location and convenience of public transport were great advantages, and the standard of facilities and attentiveness of the staff were also postive features The key-card system for accessing rooms was not completely reliable, and I had to go back to reception to have my card re-programmed twice during a five-day stay |

The rooms were clean and comfortable.There is a metro station just outside which is very convenient and a big department store which is convenient if you need anything till late evening. Reception was not very welcoming and their command of English was very poor. The room was very hot and the AC must have been put of centrally as it did not work. |

This hotel is in a very convenient location. Extensive services would be superfluous in this hotel as so much is available nearly anyway, but I liked it because it is soothing and muted - a sanctuary. My stay was very brief but I would certainly go back for longer. |

Location was good. Hotel was kept clean. Staff was generally friendly. Upon checkout, the hotel staff claimed that the room had not been paid for, and tried to double charge. This had to be sorted out at a time when my cousin had a flight to catch. A Spanish speaking friend who lives nearby came to help resolve the issue, and almost ended up paying with her own credit card. |

Location: it is located right next to a metro stop, and at 10 minutes of walking distance from downtown. Small but nice gym. The rooms are spacious, with a comfortable bathroom. Free wifi connection in the lobby. Wifi connection outside of the lobby is provided by the very expensive Swisscom. |
