Hyvä sijainti keskellä kaupunkia. Pääsi hyvin liikkumaan. Nähtävyydet kävelymatkan päässä. Huoneessa ei ollut roskakoria. Huoneet sinällään hyviä, kuten myös pesutilat. Rauhallinen. |

Hotel was in a great location in Gran Via. Room was fantastic and very clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel to any couple going on a city break to Madrid. |

The staff were helpful in terms of finding good resturant, bars etc. The fact that certain basic things were too much trouble. For example getting a knife to cut a birthday cake and hot water to take medication. |

The Hotel is ideally situated close to many of the attractions in Madrid. There are many shops and restaurants along the same street as the hotel. The price was reasonable. I was not keen on the decor of the hotel. The room was quite small and I found the black, white and red interior overwhelming. The bar area was not particulary welcoming either. However the hotel is clean and comfortable and ideally situated. Probably more suitable for younger people. |

The Hotel is very central and very comfortable and clean. I had my visa blocked by the Hotel until I paid them and when I went to pay them they did not understand that they had already blocked the money and I lost a lot of time with the taxi waiting trying to explain. |

The location of the hotel is good. Floor tile of the room was not convenient in addition to that hotel does not provide slippers for standard rooms. Altough picture of the rooms looks nice, furnitures were old and damaged... Staff was not friendly |

It was my friends birthday and when we asked roomservice for 3 glasses to drink our own home brought wine with. They suprised us with two cute bottles of champagne. It was really toughtfull. And we aprecciated it a lot. |

I liked the general idea of the hotel. I prefer design hotels to old fashioned ones. It was quite special and very rarely you find bathrooms with windows and all the rooms have daylight - very rare in big cities such as Madrid. That was very nice, also the staff at reception. The room wasn´t appropiate for business travellers as the desk for writing is totally inusable and the cable of the computer doesn´t last to the bed so working was very inconvenient. Even though the hotel is relativly new there were quite some damages on the furniture it is not as well looked after as one would expect. Don´t like to see it in another year. |

the location is nice. our room has a view of the main street, grand via. if the window is closed it's surprisingly quiet. The room is very clean. we have a non-smoking room. there's no tiny smell of smoking in the room. The room is well designed. The tv comes with set-top box, which is really handy. The light beside the bed is bit strangely designed. the room is not very spacious, but i think for the money it is worthy. The room is very good at shielding the noise from the street, but not good at screening the noise from inside the building. if your neighbor comes back late in the evening, it might be a bit noisy when they are in the hallway. if you like get up late, you may also be disturbed by the noise outside your door as well. but I would say that's not very bad. |

Beautifully appointed hotel in superb, strategic city-centre location. Staff were consistently helpful and pleasant and the rooms were luxurious, stylish and fresh. Rates were excellent value. Could not have been bettered. |

The hotel was located on the main street in Madrid. The design was unique. The rooms were clean. I think there is a bar near the hotel our rooms were in the fifth floor, we couldn't sleep at night because of the noise |

I liked the design and comfort of the Hotel, it was very funky and well presented. The value for money was superb as it was very central and clean. The staff, though had not much english, were helpfull. The staff had very little english and gave us wrong information regarding directions etc. But they did try their best. |
