Hotel Imperator Guadalpin Banus

Loistava, ystävällinen ja hymyilevä palveluhenkinen henkilökunta. Upea ja monipuolinen aamiaistarjoilu. Hyvä ruoka muutenkin ravintoloissa. Ihana merinäköala parvekkeelta. Siisti ja tyylikäs hotelli. Hyvä ilmastointi. Kauniit viheristutukset.

Pari mustaa kissaa käyskenteli aina aamiaistarjoilualueella. Ravintolan ruoka-annokset pieniä hintaansa nähden.

Yleinen ilmapiiri tosi kiva. U-muotoinen hotelli antaa kivan rauhan hotellin uima-altaalle. Hienoa että on beach/uima-allas mahdollisuus niin lähekkäin ja rantakin tosi kiva.

Hotellissa jo kerran olleena pyysin ko huoneen ylempää kuin katutasosta ja meille tarjottiin huonetta joka ns katsoo metsään eli ulkopuolelle ns u-mallisen hotellialueen. Olimme nimeomaan tilanneet huoneen pool/merinäkymä ja nyt olisimme ehkä nähneet vähän merta puskien takaa. Olisi ollut oletettavaa kun pyysimme jo pois katutasosta niin meille ei oltaisi tarjottu ns huonointa junior sviittiä. Emme hyväsyneet huonetta ja onneksi saimme paremman huoneen.

Tykkäsin hotellista kovasti ja aion palata sinne vielä perheeni kanssa lomalle. Sijainti oli erinomainen, samoin huoneeni.

The location was excellent, although in High Season I am sure the beaches would be very busy.The buffet breakfasts and dinners were very good value.

Our room was quite small, but the balcony made it bearable. I could see other rooms were much bigger, but it depends on what you pay.

Our stay at the hotel was a delight. The staff were extremely freindly and helpful, the quality of breakfast and service is to be applauded. With the location being directly on the beach the designers have made the most of the location by having the outside dining area at beach level, with the pool area elevated to the restaurant roof 1 floor above.

On our first visit to the area to see our son and his family at their new home we booked an internet deal for a favourable price and were very happy with the room allocated. However, as the hotel was only 50% capacity at the time, I think management could have upgraded the room to one with a better view, (which would not have cost them anything) in an effort to encourage us to stay there again on our next visit. There are other little touches that need to be addressed like the sunbeds being tired and in need of replacement. The beach beds and bins were not attended to before the visitors appeared again the next day, thereby giving a bad impression towards managements capabilities. When on the beach beds no waiting staff came near to assist.

for a five star hotel i taught you would have screens on your balcony doorrs for to keep out mosquitos my wife and i had to see a doctor over there and i had to see a doctor here in ireland when i came home.

Impressive hotel located on the beach, Would recommend an upgrade to the top rooms, so you have the large roof terrace and hot tub. Hotel Staff very helpful and knowledgeable of the area and where to go. A top class hotel

One thing about this hotel is that it was sometimes inconsistant, as in, one day we would have 9 towels the next 2, then no shower gel for 2 days so had to call, plus if you want ice, thats an extra 6 euros!

The hotel was good. The staff was very friendly. The location was perfect: just on the beach! I like this hotel! There was only one problem: very thick wall. I couldn hear my nearbers, like they was in my room!

Excellent outside full option breakfast - real swimming pool - nice tastefull furnished room/bathroom - classy hotel

Local internet was payable (should be free for a *****) - poor road directions (street not available on GPS) - expensive drinks - relatively small room - minibar was not working

I liked location near the beach and bathroom

We Liked the location of the hotel right in front of the sea, even if we had only a partial view of the hotel. Our room at the 4th floor was quite sunny and the balcony was great. Breakfast buffet was excellent and had a wide variety of foods. Staff was friendly and helpful

We paid a higher rate to get a room with a sea view and what we got was a room with a "partial"sea view. There weren't enough sun beds on the beach for hotel residents, so we had to rent from the nearby restaurant at 15 Euros each. The location is not that near to puerto banus itself, yes it is a walking distance but only in the morning, at night, there are no lights and it is not advisable to walk. Since we had a car, the hotel charged us for hotel parking- I believe this should have been complementary for hotel guests.
