Siisti ,hyvä hotelli. Iso uima-allas josta lapset piti erityisesti.casino hyvä lisä.ohjelmaa oli mukavasti.

Erittäin kaunis ja viihtyisä hotelli. aamupala oli monipuolinen ja henkilökunta aamiaisen aikana tehokasta ja ystävällistä. Perjantaiset Flamenco-illat nautinto ja mukavaa, että live-musiikkia oli joka ilta. Aula eritoten hyvällä maulla sisutettu hotellin vieraat hyvin huomioiden. Oma huoneeni oli oikein viihtyisä, näkymä parvekkeelta uima-altaalle jolta osin näkyi merta, toisella puolella vuoret. Hotellin alikulkukäytävän läpi pääsy kätevästi rannalle ja puerto banuksen keskustaan.

En pitänyt siitä, että kaikki maksoi. Esim. matkalaukun punnitseminen maksoi euron, joka mielestäni olisi tämän tasoisessa hotellissa pitänyt olla ilmainen hotellin asiakkaille. Maksu on nimellinen, mutta mielestäni on mautonta veloittaa moisesta. Samoin luottokortilla maksamisesta otettiin prosentit summan suuruudesta riippuen. Tähän en ole törmännyt vastaavantasoisissa hotelleissa aiemmin. Uima-altaassa olisin mielelläni käynnyt varhaisella aamu-uinnilla, mutta uima-altaassa uiminen oli kielletty sen aukioloaikojen ulkopuolella.

Every bedroom overlooked the swimming pool and the sensible opening times in the restaurant.

Very little entertainment in the evenings and the hotel had no small quiet sitting rooms.

Helpful staff at the front desk, lovely breakfast, excellent decor and desigh features.

Stayed a secon d night and were offered a roadside bedroom that was very noisy.

Amazing hotel, fantastic service. Lobby was massive and immense and the junior suite was perfect.

Very chic but comfortable and friendly hotel, ideally situated in Puerto Banus for shopping, sightseeing ,golf etc I have stayed there several times and will always go back

Food, pool area, good location

We had 2 nights of interrupted sleep from noisy/drunk guests- arguing,slamming doors etc which is the sort of thing we would expect from a lower star/cheaper hotel.

I spent 2 nights in this hotel in late September. The main entrance has a spanish Hacienda type look to it with taxis parked outside for easy travel around town.The staff were helpful and attentive and a generous breakfast was provided. The lobby was very spacious and there was a pianist playing 'old favourites' in the evening. The room was kept clean.

The rooms looked a little tired. The one I was allocated on the 4th floor had a small balcony that was situated so as to get alot of the days sunshine. However, it overlooked the main highway. It is also quite far away from Marbella town. However, if Puerto Banus is your cup of tea, it is only a short stroll away, via the Casino. I thought the place over priced. And neither of the swimming pools is large enough to swim in.

Very professional reception. Even with a last minute booking (the same day via booking.com) a very nice and friendly welcome.

The position it's really good and the entrance to the Casino' of Marbella which is in the same building of the hotel it's free for the hotel guests...

The room is quite old in comparison to the hotel standard and very different from what you see at the entrance, a luxury hall but the room, at least the one I had was nothing special.

I didn't like the location. From your map it looks alot closer and not mention of the dirty subway connecting to the marina. The corridors of the hotel was thick with dust. Staff very unpleasent. Wanted to know why we was sat in reception, We explained we was staying at the hotel ?!?! They made the mistake of not taking our credit card for reference of the mini bar bill and demanded we paid for it days before we checked out. Rowdy guests in the lobby when returning to the hotel, Security escorted us to the room to make sure we were staying at the hotel. Not what i expect.
