Erinomainen sijainti rauhallisella sivukadulla sekä siisti, tilava, valoisa huone, jossa luksusta oli iso terassiparveke. Aamiainen oli monipuolinen, "normaalia" eurooppalaista tasoa parempi. Erittäin ystävällinen, ilonen ja hyvää englantia puhuva vastaanottovirkailijatar Maite. "Dear Maite, our best greetings from home! Thank You very, very much for Your kindness and for Your excellent service always with a smile! Our warmest thanks also to the cleaning lady! We have never been in such a well cleaned room!" Mr. & Mrs. G, room # 405 from June 19 to June 24 |

Hotelli oli siisti , hiljainen ja erinomaisella paikalla. Huone oli mukava ja iso parveke oli mukava yllätys. Myös aamiainen oli erittäin hyvä. Sängyt olivat liian kovat. |

Sijainti Huoneiden lukot reistailivat ja joutui useasti juoksemaan receptionissa koodaamassa avainta uudelleen. Aamiaishuone liian pieni ja joutui jonottamaan pöytää. Puffet pöydät tyhjiä ja joutui odottamaan, että sai aamiaisen. WC reistaili ja huoltomies juoksi korjaamassa, eikä hotelli tehnyt mitään hyvittääkseen ongelmista. |

Very Central and close to all the major sites. Near to lots of Bars and restaurants. I would have liked to have tea and coffee making facilities in the bedroom. |

Location was great, close to Metro. Beds were a little hard, night club close by a little noisy on the weekend but not a problem. |

The breakfasts were excellent; the hotel staff was very helpful and the room was clean. The only problem was the size of the room. There was not even room for a chair other than a small desk chair. Everything else was fine. |

The location near Puerto del Sol. We enjoyed the aircondioned spacy and nice furnished hotel foaje and the good breakfast in the restaurant. Our doubleroom was nice and quiet. We were not satisfied with the dinner in the MEP restaurant |

Front desk staff so pleasant and helpful in every way and at all times but particularly when we were dealing with consequences of "lost" wallet. Room very comfortable ;good air conditioning . Breakfast -good selection and good service. No. Failed to acquire extra pillow.! Room needed waste paper basket.!! |

The buffet breakfast was excellant - lots of variety and always well-stocked. The front desk was occasionally left unmanned and there was no way of summoning any assistance |

we were upgraded to a junior suite, which was very comfortable and nice. this hotel was really clean. breakfast was really nice.my daughter was unwell on day of our departure and hotel allowed us use of our room for a few extra hours, free of charge.very much appreciated by us. the dinner menu appeared to be repeated every evening, based on menu in lift. |
