Central location, beautiful building, friendly staff, clean room , wonderful bed and bathroom. Unable to get a coffee to help wake up in the morning without having to go out or have a full breakfast. Would suggest coffee in room or room service in the mornings |

Wow! Great hotel. Its location on La Rambla near Old Town is fantastic, but the room was quiet and luxourius. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and make sure we had a wonderful time in Barcelona. This is a luxury hotel for reasonable prices. |

The hotel was in an excellent location, very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved this hotel Breakfast was not included in the rate and 12 euro PP for a continental breakfast is a bit pricey |

Hotel staff were outstanding. Hotel itself is extremely good, well located provided a good breakfast (extra cost) and the room was very spacious and comfortable for a city hotel. I would highly recommend and would go again. |

The room was exceptional and the staff was very freindly and helpful. Although it was fairly expensive, we only had one night in Barcelona, and for what we wanted it was a reasonable value. |

I loved the hotel, its location on the Ramblas and also the staff... Especially the night staff, they were very cordial and helpful and gave me a lot of tips for travel around Barcelona... I would have appreciated it more if there was a swimming pool, other than that - it was awesome... |

The orthopedic bed was fantastic! I have never had such a good nights sleep staying in a city hotel. We asked for a quiet room on booking, not expecting for our request to be met, but I was pleasantly surprised as we had a corner room at the back of the hotel and could hear nothing of the street activity outside. A very memorable visit. Nothing major although the shower curtain constantly stuck to you when the shower was on, so I'd suggest investing in heavy shower curtains or shower doors to solve the problem. |

The staff could not be more helpful. They were extremley pleasent and always offered their help. I can't think of a single fault with this hotel. The rooms were lovely and bright, very clean and quiet. Highly recommend!! Loved it! Very relaxing. Great view from solarium. |

Beautiful hotel. Very comfortable, big rooms with excellent air conditioning. The hotel staff was extremly helpful! Great location. I would highly recommend this hotel and I will definitly stay here again and refer my family and friends. There was no gym or pool. Otherwise this hotel is PERFECT! |

The hotel was very central to getting around Barcelona. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The design of the rooms were simple but effective. I liked the beds which you could move up and down and the electric blinds were great for keeping the sun out for sleeping. There was also a jacuzzi button in the bath which made for a relaxing bath. |

The location of the hotel is the perfect base for sightseeing. The staff are very accommodating, considerate, and warm. I travelled with my 7 yr old daughter and she adored Senor Fernando and Senor Quique (just to name a few) as she thought they're very kind. The housekeepers are also very thorough. I highly recommend this hotel for its features, location, and excellent staff service. |

The hotel is in a wonderful location on Las Ramblas, but once you enter the hotel it's a quiet haven from all the noise outside. The rooms are updated and also had nice bathrooms. The staff was very nice and recommended two of the best restaurants we ate at in Barcelona. |

Service, instalation and location. Excellent staff, specially at the reception: very polite and helpful. We stayed in a standard room facing backyard: quiet, recently renovated, nicely decorated in a clean style with very comfortable beds (adjustable ones). Very good buffet breakfast. Convenient location at a walking distance to Pl. Catalunya where Bus Touristic lines has stops. Rod for the shower curtain could be better positioned, in order to avoid some leakage. Some device to prevent slippery on bathtub would be recommendable when the shower is in use. |
