Hotelli on erittäin siisti, tunnelma hiljainen ja rauhallinen. Aamiainen erinomainen. Allasalueella mukavat aurinkotuolit ja allaspyyhkeet saatavilla ilman monimutkaista panttisysteemiä. |

Olin todella tyytyväinen hotellivalintaani. Henkilökunta oli suuremmaksi osaksi todella ystävällistä ja auttavaista. Eritoten täytyy mainita baarihenkilökunnan esimies, kutsuin häntä "jalokiveksi". Oleskelumme aikana yksi työntekijä lopetti kesken kaiken; mutta se ei näkynyt missään. Kaikki sujui edelleen moitteettomasti. Ja huonesiivoojamme, todella mukava. Oleskelutilat täysin olemattomat. Se on sääli, koska siten en tule tutustuttua toisiin hotellivieraisiin. Hotellissa on yksi tietokone kaikkien asiakkaitten käytössä (ilmainen). Siihen pitäisi asentaa jokin käytön aikaraja; koska aina löytyy niitä joilla ei ole hyviä tapoja ja istuvat liian pitkään. |

Rauhallinen sijainti riittävän kaukana vilkkaasta rantatiestä. Hienot avarat näköalat parvekkeelta kaupunkiin ja Bellveriin linnamäelle. Monipuolinen aamiainen. Huone on päässyt hieman rapistumaan, etenkin kokolattiamatto on parhaat päivänsä nähnyt. |

Location was great for Palma - away from the noise of the city center but convenient to bus lines for the city and beach as well as easy walking to the shopping center. |

The atmosphere was good. Not far away from the bus stop. The location was fine to explore the city and make excursions. The info on what to see and poor was rather poor. We had a guide book with us so we didn't have any problems there. |

The room was very spacious and the fridge and kitchen are very handy. The location is good if you intend to stay for several days. We stayed only for two days, and the hotel was not close to the city nor the beach (it is well communicated by bus, though, but the hotels by the beach also have very good bus connection with Palma). |

This is a clea, comfortable, reasonably priced hotel well deserving of it's three star rating. The staff are professional, polite and extremely helpful. Breakfast is excellent given that the hotel is three star. There is nothing to dislike if you are looking for a superb three star hotel and you are able to walk up a steep hill. This is not however a luxury or a boutique hotel. |

Very good value for the rate. Excellent views into Palma from my rooms balcony. Close to the bus stop, very near to large Porto Pi shopping centre which includes large supermarket. Size of my single room was massive. I particularly like that the room includes a refrigerator and plates, cups, knives, forks etc. Staff very helpful and friendly, breakfast is pretty good. Pool area is very pleasant. Really good value. Location is really good for me. Just outside of the centre enough to be quiet but close enough to be convenient for getting into central Palma. The decor of the rooms was not to my taste - very dated with orangey coloured walls. As others have said the hill up to the hotel is very steep If you are not very fit or mobile I'd give it a miss unless you are going to use a car/taxi to get into Palma. |

The helpfulness of the reception staff,whenever we asked for information about the area or where to catch a certain bus they always went out of there way to print off timetables and give directions specific locations. |

Nice room, good breakfast, charming swimming-pool and first of all - very warm, comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommended to romantic couples. Location is perfect to stay - beautiful view and surroundings - but not very easy to get to the hotel for the first time. We recommend to take a taxi to reach the hotel for the first time, and then you may take a bus # 46 to go to Palma historical center or for some times use funicular in the hotel Mallorca nearby. We just loved that place |

The welcome was warm and the staff friendly,; the room was spacious and clean; breakfasts well organised and good choice for continental type; a very pleasant pool area and good views over Palma from 3rd floor balcolny. Steep hill to climb at the end of the day! |

We enjoyed our stay and cannot fault anything except room 307 could have done with a new fridge. The staff were wornderful and nothing was too much trouble. We will be returning next year. A great place for a relaxing holiday. |

The hotel staff are nice and polite. The hotel has big rooms with kitchenettes inside. Breakfast nice enough, pool is taken care of and they have relaxing sofas by the pool The balcony view is not that great but acceptable. |

The pool area and sunbeds in a very nice setting and the balcony or terrace which all of the rooms have. The air conditioning also worked very well which was needed at that time of year. There is no supermarket in the aparthotel or nearby, the nearest being at Poro Pi. |

Hello. The August Hotel is perfect. The breakfast is super,the location is very quiet and nice,the pool is large and comfy and the rooms are excellent. The cleaning lady changed the towels everyday and the staff was super. A perfect hotel your young people,couples,families and people who enjoy a very nice hotel with luxury facilities but low rates. |

Friendly helpful staff, good quiet & modern pool facilites, excellent breakfast options and spotlessly clean in all areas. No, I've stayed here several times before and think it is an 'oasis' in Palma. However the area around the hotel is a little run down & could be off putting to someone less familar with the area |
