Siisti ja mukava lähellä Cala Majorin rantaa, jossa vesi todella puhdasta ja lähellä Porto Pi'n ostoskeskusta.

Altaan pohja oli roskainen ja allasalue kokoanisuudessan ei houkutellut.

Hotellissa miellyttävä ja ystävällinen henkilökunta, hyvä aamiainen, iso uima-allasalue, hyvä sijainti kohtalaisen lähellä Palman keskustaa.

Huoneiden äänieristys huono. Naapurin puhe kuului selvästi seinän läpi.

We enjoyed the stay very much.....warm welcome, comfortable room, cosy beds and nice and quiet.

walls are thin so next door guests were readily audible. no kettle in room to make tea.

The hotel like many in Palma was on a hill but was in a pleasant, quiet and safe area. Good access to local bus stops, small shops and beach. The staff were always helpful.

The third bed in our triple room was rather hard! All beds needed extra pillows.

walls in the hotel are really very thin. you really can hear your neighbour hear when is is dialing on his mobile phone. We also had the experience that our neighbours were very busy during the night, even knocking on the walls did not help!!!!

They did change our room after a day from a double - that to them was 2 beds to a double bed set up; Staff were pleasant

The beds were so uncomfortable and getting up to the entrance difficult because of the narrow and only street to it; facilities are generally dating

We were made to feel very welcome and the staff could not do enough for us.

The pool was nice. The room was comfortable. The cleaners were excellent. Good location between Palma and Magaluf.

No coffee or tea making faciliites in the room. Bar seemed closed for long periods of time and was unable get tea or coffee in the hotel.

The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice including a 'full english' or it's Spanish equivalent! The rooms were very comfortable and clean and it was particularly nice to have our sheets and towels changed twice during the 5 night stay! The hotel was very well located - just a stroll to the bus stop with buses into the centre of Palma every 8 mins up until midnight, plus about a 5-10 min. walk to the lovely sandy Cala Mayor beach.

The hotel was very comfortable and clean, but would benefit from a face lift and money spent on the pool and surrounding area to make it more attractive. Despite the 'no smoking' regulations, it was allowed in the hotel.

Good location of the town and the beach. Good living conditions. Breakfast and dinner are normal.

Add visual information for tourists, for example - for passage to the beach or shopping center.

OK hotel, not exceptional. The breakfast was good. Pool area not too fancy, but reasonable. Cleaning was good. Location fine, easy to take a bus into Palma

Pool area could be nicer. Would go here with friends, not as a couple.

Nice hotel, very clean, spacy rooms, food is good, staff is very kind, possition of hotel is excellent. For that amount of money is hard to get it any better.
