Spahoidot olivat erinomaisia, henkilökunta osasi työnsä ja palvelu oli ystävällistä. Itse spa oli myös hyvin varusteltu. Hotellin terassi merelle päin oli komea, sisäänkäynnistä ei olisi voinut päätellä miten hienolla paikalla hotelli sijaitsi. Spahan piti mennä vastaanottoaulan kautta joten ei voinut siirtyä huoneesta hissillä suoraan spahan ja takaisin. Spassa ei myöskään ollut kunnollisia pukeutumistiloja, tosin järjestely toimi kun asiakkaita ei ollut paljoa. |

Upea hotelli suoraan Cala Mayorin uimarannan yhteydssä. Henkilökunta ystävällistä ja palvelut todellakin 5 tähden hotellin mukaiset. Huone oli siisti ja sängyt miellyttävät. Huoneet olivat myös hiljaiset. Varasimme huoneen isolla terassilla merelle päin, ja näkymät olivatkin uskomattoman kauniit. Lähellä kauppoja ja iso ostoskeskuskin ihan lähistöllä. Todella huippu hotelli! Pidimme aamiaishintaa kalliina, etenkin koska matkustimme isolla perheellä ja lapsemme saattavat välillä jättää aamiaisen kokonaankin väliin. Siksi kävimme lähistön edullisimmissa aamiaispaikoissa tai haimme aamupala-aineet kaupasta terassillemme. Näin saimme toisaalta tutustua myös monipuolisemmin eri aamiasvaihtoehtoihin. |

Rantaravintola a popa oli erinomainen sijainti hiono näkymät, tarjoilu ja ruoka erinomainen , siisteys hyvä, tuli hyvä loma fiilis. Hotellin johtajalle terveisiä , että on onnistunut ravintolan suunnittelussa, koska ymmärsimme, että tämä oli hänen idea. Merenranta ei ollut hotellin ranta, minulta meinattiin varastaa rannalla, mutta onneksi tulin juuri tavaroideni luokse. |

Hotellin TV-kanavatarjonta heikko, ei esim. golf-kanavaa ollenkaan. Ensimmäinen huone (vaihdoimme lisämaksusta) pieni ja sijainniltaan surkea, ei vastannut odotuksia. |

The Location, the beach and the staff and service. Asked for seafacing but didnt get it. Had to pay E9.60 for beach seats each day!!!! Tea and Coffee Too expensive |

Definitely the staff as they were extremely pleasant and helpful! (Nina was brilliant, Carlos, Islam and oscar were also extremely professional) Rooms were comfortable as well! Everything was perfect, i do recommend though that given Nixe is a 5 star hotel they should have a better pool! this is my only comment, other than that we had a great time. |

perfect location, nice beach, excellent service the hotel was overbooked when we arrived, so we had to stay in another hotel for the first night, Nixe Palace handled the problem correctly (upgraded our room for the rest of the stay) |

Beach is very close, great spa and quite good services. The Triple room we have booked was quite small ... actually it was a standard room with an extra bed (not sure why they call it a Triple) |

Location is very poor, in a crowded suburb which is the opposite of what is announced in the site. The hotel restaurant - La Popa is a very good surprise with very good food and friendly staff. Needs refurbishing . Definitely not a 5 star unit. |

relaxing, peasceful and very grown up hotel with very friendky will do anything staff offering a very good service Food menu was limiting and din't change often enough. Security was questionable with two unexpected visitors in our room in the middle of the night. |

Location was great looking over the sea and Palma very accessible by bus.Breakfast good. Room was lovely. No indoor swimming pool ,outdoor pool cold and fitness room very small although the equipment was good. |

The hotel may of had the bath ropes and such to become a 5 star hotel, but it seemed a little tired and simple and was not a 5 star hotel in my mind. Great location right on the beach and close to restaurants, boat harbor and bus stop. Again a bit tired and simple for a 5 star hotel. |

Closeness to beach. Gym, spa, pools. Breakfast overpriced. Common failing with many hotels - only English TV channels in room are news channels. Why? Programmes available in French, German Italian and Russian(?) but not English, although BBC1 available in the gym! |

Fantastic location. It was perfect for us as we wanted to be near a beach and this hotel is right on the beach. Only a short bus journey from the city centre. The facilities and accomodation are excellent. |
