Hotelli oli erittäin tyylikäs, siisti ja nykyaikainen. Hotellin ravintola oli samoin loistava: ruoka oli kohtuuhintaista ja erinomaisen maukasta. Vaikka hotelli sijaitsee rannalla, alue ei ole turistikrääsä/markkina-aluetta. Yhteydet keskustaan ovat toimivat, ja taksi lentokentälle maksoi vain reilun kympin. Suosittelen! Lounasaikaan ravintolan ainut tarjoilija oli laiskalla tuulella, eikä vaivautunut ottamaan ainoiden ruokailijoiden tilausta vastaan, vaan kuljeskeli mieluummin ylhäisessä yksinäisyydessään terassilla. |

friendly staff, close to the sea, easy access to the city center the bathroom- clean, but very uncomfortable, very narrow, without any shelf, the only soap- liquid, inside the shower cabine, very difficult to reach. No mineral water in the room. |

I thought the design of the lobby and interiors was stylish. The pool was very clean. The shower was great pressure The web site does not state what the difference is between a standard room and a superior room - is this about bed size , room size or view? |

The location of the hotel was very good. The closest beach was very nice, clean and not too crowded. The city is a nice, 30 minute cycle journey along the beach. Room was not cleaned when we arrived and had an extra bed in there that took up all the available space. Staff could not move it until next day. Bathroom was not cleaned from last guests. Tv did not work. Balcony was not cleaned for entire duration of our stay. I also burned my head very badly on an extremely hot halogen light beside the bed. The staff had no kit to deal with burns so I had to attend the hospital the next day. No member of staff asked me about the incident after or came to see if we were ok. |

Very nice hotel with good service. See view. Close to wonderful, quiet beach. Not too far from the airport. Good for running or bicycle trips along the shore. 50 minutes walk from the beautiful old town in Palma. |

hotel very close to the Sea, surrounded by cosy restaurants and caffes. Nice and quite area, but close to the Palma city centre, with all the shops and night life. Great service, clean, good food. |

adequate swimming pool, lounge area and service. Room a little bit small, but attached roof terrace was fine. 5km from the city cathedral but walking did good. booked a room including breakfast but this info was not available with breakfast room responsible person |

Quiet, relaxed, modern hotel with easy parking close by. Friendly staff who understood english. Good aircon. Food adequate. Close to beach and easy travelling into Palma and very easy access to Palma airport about two miles away. Hotel was let down by lack of maintenance - our bathroom had no plug in the sink, an arching tap outlet which was high and with no diffuser, so splashed over the loo roll if you weren't careful. Shower rose was hanging off the wall, and the waste was blocked so took a while to drain away. The male loo also needed attention, and there was no soap; female loo had soap and sun lotion I'm told! With a little effort these could easily be sorted, and give a much better impression. We only stayed one night so not a big deal. |

The hotel is in an excellent location - 50 yards to a great beach, restaurants closeby and a short, cheap bus ride into Palma city centre. Our room was excellent and spacious with a large balcony and the pool area was lovely. Staff were helpful and accommodating. The prices charged at the restaurant differed from those listed on the menu so the bill was more than we thought and the food was not great. |

Proximity to the airport, 15 euros by taxi. Very small room for the price and ours was a superior double with seaview, only space for 1 person to walk between the bed and dressing table, no space to store toiletries only a basic sink with no worktop, limited cupboard space, in the high season the noise from planes taking off and landing is almost non stop. Consistent problems with water pressure in the shower, most mornings unable to have a shower between 9 & 10am, same problem at night between 7 & 9pm |

The hotel is just near the beach. And room is acceptable even if a bit small The guy at the reception in the morning is unpolite ( never says "thx" or "ur welcome" , the one of the afternoon is polite and nice. Swimming pool is so dirty that u can't see the bottom of it |

If they cleaned our room, it was good... But unfortunatly the only cleaned once!!!! For us the location was ok... It was in a very calm neighbourhood, 1hour walk from the center of Palma and 1hour walk of the touristic centre playa the palma. The location of the hotel was however in streets with not much to do and very old... Like it was fun to go to 20years ago... The rooms are supersmall, the staff is not friendly, when the cleaning lady didn't clean our room and we went to the loby to ask for towels, they wanted us to pay 20euro extra!!! This hotel isn't even worth 2stars!! We never ever stayed in a hotel that was this bad, other two star hotels were beter. We came there to have a nice vacation in a nice hotel and it was a disaster!! |

Staff extremely helpful. Facilities excellent and weekday special rates make this a good deal. I walked into a plate glass window and hurt myself, and was not the first. Manager apologised profusely, but they need to put some writing or a stripe on these windows as it is dangerous. Writing on the next door window gives the illusion that this window is an opening. |

the urban location - right on beach and yet near palma central the only problem there is you can hear other guests in adjacent rooms for the second time i had a bunch of young girls who were very noisy, running around the corridor in eachothers rooms-because it is good value for money the hotel attracts those that would probably stay in a backpackers so therefore behave as such. it has happened to me twice there and was really really annoying when you are still asleep or trying to sleep - they come back very late and start early. |

great hotel for a vacation or business trip; the centre of palma is at 10min by direct bus, the bus stop is 100m down the road with frequent busses until midnight; alternatively a beautiful shoreline-walk of 45-60 min takes you to palma; the hotel is close to the airport, which makes it very easy to reach by taxi for less than 10 euros; air-traffic is pretty dense, but the airplanes fly by in good distance, so the noise is more than reasonable, no problems to sleep even with windows open; the beach is only 20m from the hotel, clean, not crowded, predominantly locals, nice ambiente with some bars etc. |
