Pidimme miellyttävästä ilmapiiristä, monipuolisista ja hyvistä aamupaloista sekä päivällisistä. Lähin ranta oli vain parin minuutin kävelymatkan päässä ja erinomaista oli runsas parkkipaikkojen tarjonta heti hotellin vieressä. Siivoojat olivat ystävällisiä ja pitivät huoneet siisteinä. Huoneet olivat tilavat ja mahtavaa oli se, että sekä olohuoneesta että makuuhuoneesta oli käynti tilavahkolle terassille. Ravintolan henkilökunta oli palvelualtista ja ohjasi ystävällisesti pöytiin ja alkujuomatkin toimitettiin todella nopeasti pöytään. Huoneet oli sisutettu moderneiksi ja miellyttäviksi. Parannettavaa hotellissa oli se, että keittiössä olisi pitänyt olla käytettävissä tiskiharja ja -luutu, koska keittiön siivous ei kuulunut siivoojille. |

Kokonaisuutena kaikin puolin oikein kiva. Uima-altaat, hotellin ympäristö, aktiviteettit, ruoka, palvelu/ henkilökunta. Matkustamme perheen kanssa muutaman kerran vuodessa ja vain Malesiassa on ollut parempi hotelli |

Mukavaa lomaa lasten kanssa...paljon toimintaa lapsille ja mahtavat allas alueet.Ranta oli lähellä ja joka paikassa oli siistiä. Hyvällä mielellä sai olla lasten kanssa kun hotellialue oli suljettu. |

Very good value for money(56euro for simple but nice apartment). Beautiful pool for children and adults. Qualified reception staff. Deposit for almost everything(pool towels, TV remote, iron...etc. Problem with ants in rooms(we stayed in two rooms and both had ants). Poor choice of TV channels(most of them are spanish or german) |

Sept 09 - Had a wonderful time, even during the thunderstorms, excellent staff, wonderfully comfortable and clean rooms, boys loved Mimi in the kids club, beautiful beach 200metres away, pretty much decamped to the beach every day. Ate in "S'albufera" restaurant(great for families)...avoid Las Delicias(not good experience) The only downer about the resort is that the main street between the complex and the beach is tatty and in need of a major revamp. |

Nice rooms, with a lot of space. Also the bed was very big, and a good badroom. Friendly people and a lot of things to do for children There was a lot of food, we had halfboard. But the quality can be better. |

Food, Service, Facilities, Catering for Young Kids, Room were all really good The kitchen and air-con in our 1 bed apt was only just adequate. We suffered from a lot of ants in our room even though we kept the room clean and were on the third floor |

hotel staff were very helpful and gave great recommendations on places to eat in the area. hotel very close to beach and has great pool facilities. although it is primarily a family resort we travelled as 3 friends and had a relaxing sunny break in great comfort. close to all amenities , very little stress break. |

Excellent pools, fantastic relaxing landscaping, family friendly, creche, 5 mins from beach. Lovely rooms, needed a map to find our way around our room! £100 a night is a bit much. |

Very nice for children, big pool area with a lot of shallow water, playground and children entertainment staff. Lot of different food to choose from at the buffet, both morning and dinner. Overall a very relaxing and pleasant stay. |

The attractive price setting did us decide to go to the Prinsotel Very outdated hotel. Rooms, although renovated were badly maintained, upon arrival dirty bathroom and after request to reception no action taken, hardly no cleaning during stay, no replacement of sheets, dramatic kitchen with rusty fridge.Food in pool bar often cold. Apartment situated at the front site hotel, very noisy day and night due to the fact that buses with new guest were coming and... |

Top facilities including gym and indoor pool, lovely relaxing ambience in hotel and grounds, accomodation excellent.Mixed nationalities in hotel was a nice experience for our young children who were very well entertained by staff.. Kitchen needs updating in line with the rest of appartment which was excellent. |

Really ejoyed the holiday, facilities were great. Breakfast was a great option. Mini club for kids was very well organised and varied so no boredom set in!! |

Very comfortable room with excellent facilities. Close to the beach and a number of nearby bars and resaurants. Also conveniently positioned on the bus route for nearby resorts of Alcudia, Puerta Pollensa and Can Picafort. |

Just returned from a week (26th Oct to 1 Nov) B& B . The hotel is excellent. Near a wonderful beach. Many long walks on the beach in the evening. Weather was good for time of year but on the cooler days we made much use of the indoor pool,sauna,gym etc. Lovely grounds, friendly and polite staff. To be honest we could not find any negative issues with the hotel. |

the set up - immaculate grounds - all staff friendly especially 2 gentleman on reception at different times - all very helpful - great location yes we unforunately stayed in a room beside the stairs - never again and unfortunately the room above us the occupants were very noisy and liked to move furniture around |
