Erittäin ystävällinen palvelu. Siistit huoneet. Erityistoiveet otettiin huomioon. Hotelliin unohtuneet kännykkä ja aurinkolasit postitettiin Suomeen. Liikuntarajoitteisille rannalta päivittäinen nousu hotellille voi tuottaa haasteita. |

Aivan loistava apartamentos! Siisti, ystävällinen henkilökunta ja sijainti loistava!!! Parkkihalli joka oli hyvä (ja edullinen 3.50eur/vrk.) sillä vapaita parkkipaikkoja ei juuri koskaan lähistöllä ollut |

Hyvä ja asiakasystävällinen palvelu. Siivous erinomaista tasoa. Booling area pihalla, jota ei kukaan käyttänyt.Sen tilalle varmaan lapsi- ja nuorisoperheet kaipaisivat jotain toisenlaista käyttöä, kuten esim. muutama koripallokori ja esim. mahdollisuus taituroida jalkapallolla sen tasoisesti, että sitä voisivat hyödyntää myös lomalla olevat ns. aktiiviurheilijat supistetussa mittakaavassa.Uima-allasalueella voisi tupakoinnin kieltää. |

The rooms were clean, spacious and well equipped. The layout of the complex is very traditional and close to Supermarket and the sea front. The staff were helpful and the evening entertainment was varied. We especially enjoyed the violin and keyboard players. |

We have stayed there before and were pleased that very little has changed. The apartments are well maintained, facilities are of a good standard and the atmosphere is pleasant and relaxed. It's not an issue for us, but to get anywhere from the apartments involves descending or climbing steep hills. This location would not be good for people with physical disabilities, if they want to get out and about.. |

Very nice and comfortable hotel. Convinient location close to sea. Hotel car parking is big. Personal is polite and helpful. Despite of our 5 hours before check-in arrival we have been accomodated with no additional fee. Families with children would be satisfied since there were good swimming pool. |

Well organised activities for children. Plenty of sunbeds at the pool. Beds & pillows uncomfortable. Basics such as sugar, salt, pepper etc.would be better appreciated than wine. Pool water could be cleaner. |

Very nice, very clean, staff is helpful and nice. As it was an off-season, swimming pool was always quite empty, and sunbeds available. Appartment is well equipped - there's practically everything you need to prepare food and eat, and everything is clean and in working condition. Location is pretty good too. Difficult to find a vacant parking near the hotel, and the hotel's own underground parking ir for additional fee - rather inexpensive though. Knives in the appartment's kitchen were blunt - wouldn't be any problem if a sharpener were available. Sound isolation in apartments is not very good - kids next door really annnoyed us in the morning. |

Spatious and nicely decorated apartments with fully equipped kitchen, perfect cleanliness, very good facilities, friendly atmosphere, location close to town center, ... Beds are reasonable but not great. Pillows could be more comfortable. 'Double' beds are just two beds next to each other. |

We liked the convenience of the shops and restaurants and the close proximity of Loro Parque. The steps from the seafront to the hotel could be a problem for elderly people and people with push chairs. |

Great accommodation and even greater value for money. Comfortable, spacious, tastefully furbished apartment, equipped with anything you may need. Location is also good, close to bus station, Lago Martianez and supermarket. Pool is also pleasant, however a little bit too restrictions (eg. closes at 7PM). Definitely would recommend |

We have stayed may times at these Apartments - they are the best apartments we have stayed at anywhere in the world. The apartments are well equipped, spacious and clean and the staff are very good. Unfortunately, we had a rather small balcony this time - they do vary quite considerably depending where on the complex your apartment is. We didn't bother to ask for a change though I am sure we could have done so. |

The apartments were well maintained and clean. It was welcoming to have bottled water in the fridge and tea/coffee. The shower worked well, which was a treat after staying in other hotels where it didn't. The beds were comfy and the apartment was well equipped with facilites including kettkle, toaster, ironing, microwave and tv with BBC and ITV channels. |

Location is good and the apartments are just what we needed at the time. I was pleased with the library. We booked partly because the pool was heated and we used it every day we were there. Although we did have a sea view we did not have a sunny balcony but we were not sufficiently concerned to ask to change. We were only there 4 days and for our purposes the apartments met all our needs. |

Interpalace Teneriffan suositussa Puerto de la Cruzissa sijaitseva hotelli on vain muutaman metrin päässä merestä. Hotellissa on upea ulkouima-allas. Nauti tenniskentästä, ravintolasta ja trooppisesta... |
Gran Hotel Hotasa Semiramis  Tämä hotelli sijaitsee rauhallisella alueella Teneriffan Puerto de la Cruzissa ja sieltä on näkymät Atlantin valtamerelle. |
