Location, wonderful staff, romantic hotel, breakfast. Loved hotel, but the street noise and the all night celebrations in town didn't let us rest much. But that's not the hotel's fault. We had a super time! Great little romantic spot. The owners and staff are the best! |

The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, breakfast was plain but more always offered, and the room was bright and clean with comfortable beds. I had emailed to request an early check-in as I was arriving alone and received a favourable reply; however on arrival it seems that the room had been relet and its occupants were determined to stay until the last minute, so I had to sit and wait for three hours. I was plied with cakes, toast, coffee and juice while I waited. |

The location was good although it was initially not easy to spot. The staff were really nice and friendly. It was extremely noisy at night. |

a small and friendly hotel, well converted and in a quiet street near to the cathedral. I booked it since it had already been recommended to me so I did not search very far on the website. Not really a thing I didn't like, but I don't speak Spanish and they didn't speak English so communication was a little difficult! |

Great central position and staff extremely helpful although they did not speak English. The desk was open 24 hours and they responded promptly to a direct e.mail querty ahead of my stay. All hotels in the old town suffer from noise from cafes and bars at night although it was not a rowdy atmosphere, but rather people enjoying themselves. |

La cercanía con el casco viejo de la ciudad y la catedral, la amabilidad de los dueños y empleados, y el ambiente acogedor del hotel nos han convencido para recomendarlo y volver en otra ocasión. |

El hotel aunque no es lujoso, está muy bien situado y puedes ir a pie a cualquier sitio. El personal es encantador; es como estar en casa. Si vuelvo a Santiago volveré sin dudarlo. |

Muy céntrico, cómodo. Las habitaciones no eran muy grandes pero al final creo que eso le añadió cierto encanto y lo hizo muy práctico. No limpiaron bien del todo el baño; a mí se me cae mucho el pelo y odio que el baño no quede completamente limpio. Por supuesto que no me gustó ver algunos pelos al día siguiente en la ducha. |

La situación es perfecta, en el centro de la ciudad. Personal muy amable. Me comentan en el hotel que el fin de semana suele haber ruido, entre semana es bastante tranquilo |

el trato, la habitación super acogedora, desayuno excelente, como estar en casa. Volvere la proxima vez que este en santiago solo reseñar que esta en una calle peatonal, al gps hay que decirle mejor que te lleve a la comisaria de policia que esta en frente |
