kaunis ympäristö, siisti ja rauhallinen, mukava ja viihtyisä sisustus; hyvä ulkoilumahdollisuus; autokuljetus kaupungille, autonkuljettaja oli iloinen ja palvelu oli erinomaista hänen taholtaan! Baarin tarjoilijat olivat ystävällisiä. hotellin vastanoton henkilökunta ei kertaakaan hymyillyt!!! ja palvelu oli jopa epäystävällisen vaikutulman ajoittain antavaa; palvelussa parantamisen tarvetta;myös kaupungin kulttuuritarjonnan tuntemus voisi olla parempaa, samoin esim.julkisen liikenteen aikataulut voisivat olla vastaanotossa saatavilla! |

Olin myönteisesti yllättynyt tullessani hotelliin väsyneenä: todella siisti ja hieno paikka. Istuimme myös ystävieni kanssa aulan baarissa ja ihailimme maisemia. Myös aamiainen oli monipuolinen ja tarjoilu moitteetonta. Olin siis hyvin tyytyväinen. Huoneen äänieristys käytävään oli vaatimaton muuhun tasoon nähden. Onneksi tuolloin hotelli ei ollut täynnä. |

I did not go but my husband did and he told me it was probably the best hotel he stayed in for many many years and we travel quiet a bit... he was very pleasantly surprised... essentially he said it was excellent especially for the price.. and he's a picky guy... so my compliments to you and your staff |

This was a very confortable hotel. The shuttle us service was very useful. My wife thought there needed to be more English chanels on the cable TV but this did not bother me. |

Excellent clean facilities, more like a 5 star hotel than what we paid.Quiet large room with 2 large quueen siz beds. Evening meal in the restaurant was of the highest standard and again reasonably priced. |

The quality of the rooms, the quality and the ambiance of the hotel, the staff were excellent particularly Sandra Bullock (lookalike) who served us lunch. The free shuttle to the city and back was a great bonus. Absolutely nothing. |

The hotel has a garage with every room, so it is almost like driving home. Also, the Junior Suite is on two floors some distance from the bedroom. Fantastic, will always be my choice when in Galicia |

Nice room, great bathroom, good airco, great pool and other facilities, free bus service to the city- very comfortable and not far from the city- better than staying right in the city, especially in the heat of summer |

Very nice hotel with spacious luxury rooms. Easy to find with a big free parking lot. Far from city center; hotel bus doesn't drive on Sundays and you have to call to go get you. As it's easy to park near the city center, it's best to drive yourself. |

The location was very good - beautiful views. We were there for the Bruce Springsteen concert and the proximity to the venue was a huge plus. Yes. The fact that you could not change your currency at reception and that there was no shuttle bus service to the city on Sundays and you had to rely on taxis to get you there and back. |

Excellent reception staff, very competent and friendly. Lovely layout and rooms. Difficult to find. Geographical coordinates should be given to assist GPS location, not area. |

Fantastic rooms newly rrenovated to very high standard. Had own garage and downsatirs lounge. Beautiful rooms. spotlessly clean lovely swimming pool and gardens. Restaurant food resonably priced. shuttle bus into town was useful as located 2 miles out of city on hillside. |

This is a high quality 4 star hotel and is worthy of it's star rating - on a par with other internationally recognised 4 star chains. Would happily recommend this hotel Location is outside the town and not within walking distance. This does make it easier to find and there is lots of parking. Hotel does provide a free bus service to and from town. |

I like the ground of the hotel because it is overlooking the City. I did not like the fact that the hotel does not have courtesy Airport pick-up or drop off |
