Nestled between the districts of Santa Cruz and Triana, on one side you find Avenue Colón, next to the banks of the Guadalquivir river, on the other side your find the Plaza Nueva, Seville’s main square, Sierpes and Tetuán street (great for shopping) and Avenue Constitution, that leads right to the Cathedral, la Giralda, the Alcázar and the many restaurants, bars and gardens of the neighbourhood.
25 of the rooms look onto a 'Sevillian' backyard and 1 has a private terrace. There are also 8 superior rooms with a balcony looking over the street.
All are decorated in a classic, comfortable style.

Hotellin sijainti on todella kätevä. Valopihanpuoleinen huoneemme oli hyvin rauhallinen, mutta näköaloja ei ollut. Henkilökunta oli oikein ystävällistä ja palvelualtista. Huone oli tasokas hotellin tähtiluokitukseen nähden. |

Very nice hotel, well positioned with very helpful staff. Location excellant opposite bullring, 15 mins walk to triana area, 10 mins maximum to centre, excellant base for exploring seville. & euro's taxi fare from santa justa station. Staff gave excellant advise on local restuarants and tapas bars etc Shower over bath, no grab rails or bath mat, enterance into and out of bath has to be done with great care, water scalding hot, no warning notices. All floors are marble can lead to noise from inconsiderate guests late at night moving furniture/high heels etc |

Good location within walking distance of a lot of the sights.Taxis available and reasonably priced. Visited a Flamenco show (Tablao El Arenal within walking distance of the hotel) and found it excellent. I can fully recommend this hotel. Very minor point was the lack of 2 pillows per person but to be fair we could have asked. No Tea/Coffe facilities in room but we took our own kettle etc with no complaints. |

Very friendly staff. They make everything so easy for you. The cafe downstairs is amazing. I love the people that worked there. One of the girls Lavinia especially was really friendly and so very, very helpful. The hotel's location is excellent. Walking distance to everything. I walked everywhere. Literally everywhere and never thought that the hotel was too far away from any place. There is a little club next door if you're in the mood for some partying. The room was beautiful, as was the bathroom. They were both so very, very spacious. It was amazing. I had a room at the corner with two balconies and the bathroom had a balcony as well. It was really comfortable and made for a wonderful expeience. Nothing to dislike. Not one single thing. |

excellent location, kind staff, even if some things would need improvement (like tiles in the bathroom of my room) hotel has charm and style, and for this price I will never look for another hotel in Sevilla; from the conversation with my colleagues at the university I visited, I learned that majority of their visiting professors stay here! |

It was good staying there. All the staff was really nice and kind. The room was fine, however, the window lock was broken. Nevertheless, the room was spacious enough, and the overall service was nearly perfect. If given chance, I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Just check your window lock. |

Excellent hotel with very friendly staff. Great location. Very central. My room on the first night was on the right side next to the next door late nightbar and it was very noisy. Make sure your room is not on the right or you will get no sleep. |

The city-centre location is excellent for all the sights. I was terribly disturbed by noise from the neighbouring room. The tapping of hard shoes and most especially the scraping of furniture across the floor seemed to be amplified. During three of my four nights the noise continued well into the night, as well as when people got up during the night. My sleep was seriously disturbed. Also, despite assertions that there is internet access in the rooms, this was not the case, and I had to go to the hotel lobby to use my laptop. |

Excellent hotel added to a wonderful stay in Seville. Excellent location 5 minute walk to Cathedral and other tourist sites. Lots of places to eat, drink and soak up the Spanish culture. Will be back for a return visit to Seville and will stay in the Hotel Adriano. |
