Keskeinen sijainti, hyvä kylpyhuone, aamiainen suht. hyvä ja henkilökunta huomaavaista, hyvä huone, paitsi katso alla

Kadun puolella olevassa huoneessa yöllä kadulta kuuluva melu tuli suoraan huoneeseen, ikkunan äänieristys oli olematon. Jostain syystä ihmiset puhuivat kovalla äänellä/huusivat hotellin ulkopuolella (vanhan kaupungin aivan vieressä) koko yön aamuun asti. - Yövaloa katossa oven vieressä en osannut sammuttaa.

the soundproofing in the hotel was abysmal,we wrer kept awake on 2 nights by people pacing about in the room upstairs and had to complain.staff just told us the hotel was an "old building" which was a pretty poor excuse

car parking bad, had to park in underground public car park in city centre,no where to unload luggage near hotel, our room was on the front and the noise was terrible,traffic all the time and night club noise till 5am in morning.

Its location.

It was hot in the bedrooms and as yet it is not fully Summer. We were in attic rooms which I think in a few more weeks would become unbearably hot! I do believe from what the staff said however, that it was unusually hot for this time of year! I would have reservations in recommending it only based on this fact - other facilites were adequate.

The staff here were especially helpful and made us feel quite comfortable.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, hotel was in a convenient location and our room was very clean

The route to our room was a little confusing as there were 2 doors in the lift and there was a dimly-lit set of steps with no handrail.

I loved the pleasant Staff, they made me feel so welcome and it was so clean and comfortable and good value for money and I will be back again!!

excellent hotel for price, good location, helpfull staff on front desk, 10 min stroll to cathedral, loads of bars and restaraunts nearby, parked car in street nearby. would stay again.

I had asked for a very quiet room and was provided with one. The staff were both pleasant and efficient. I had a most enjoyable stay.

All the programmes available on the bedroom television were in Spanish. It would be good if there were a greater selection of channels.

It was clean,and quiet. They have a good breakfast and one of the key front staff speaks excellent english. It is very well located to the cathedral (centre of action)!
