The position next to the beach with great view of the bay

The front desk staff are not very helpful and not sure of the booking criteria when checking in and the beds and linen in the rooms are not suitable for a comfortable stay.

Only the location of the hotel was good

I paid for HB but the food was terrible, stayed 6 nights and the food remained the same!! You should really see how they positioned the tv in the room ( The cable was not long enough so the TV was hanging down from the ceiling), no shower gels, no shampoo!! I had to pay the full amount when i arrived to the hotel ( This was the first time in my life!!)

my room was seaside view room. however, front of my window, there were big palm tree, so i counldn't enjoy that much. but the location is very nice, the talamanca beach is just walking distance. And there's staff who is the one guy, he was very nice, i really impressed his service.

The lift was usually not working. so it's too difficult to bring the suitcase to my room.

The beds were terrible. They were so hard and the staff was really rude. I would not recomend this place to no one.

The pool is very nice and the air conditioning in the rooms is a life saver when its too hot outside. The price is pretty good for the Ibiza area.

The rooms are extrememly basic. Its clean but they fit single size sheets on the double beds so you sleep in a tangle of bedclothes. Breakfast is pretty average. This website indicates that the parking at the hotel is free but it actually costs 5 euros a night.

The pool was in a disgusting state and only started being cleaned a day or so after we arrived - after we think some sort of inspection took place by outside parties. The tiles were in a filthy state and we decided against using it - which was a blow to my daughter. The breakfast was very basic and lacked any variety at all from day - to - day - I am just glad I did not book half-board. There was almost no fruit available - most places these days at least offer melon or grapefruit. One day our room had not been cleaned at 9 pm and they did not replace toilet rolls - and once bathroom towels - until we contacted reception. In fairness, they then dealt with this straight away. The carpet in the room was pretty filthy. Generally the hotel was not in the condition we would have thought it would be for so early in the season (17 June). It is definitely not a 3 star hotel compared with other hotels I have stayed at on Ibiza.

They didn't have enough staff at the reception. Sometimes I had to wait pick up the room key for 5 to 10 mnts.

las habitaciones pequeños. no hay nevera. pagamos 15euros al dia mas por habitacion con vista

La situación y la ranquiidad del hotel es excepcional, la relación calidad precio esta muy ajustada.

Los horarios de las comidas son muy ajustados y enfocados al turismo extranjero, cuando es un hotel con mucho turista nacional.

Me dieron una habitación con vistas al mar, el desayuno estaba bien.

Lo que no me gusto fue el abceso al hotel no hay ningun paso de cebra y te juegas la vida porque los coches pasan muy rapido, la moqueta estaba bastante sucia, el colchon debia de tener muchos años porque me clave todos los muelles.

Posizione molto bella e tranquilla

Cibo di scarsissima qualità (provato colazione e cena), moquette sporca, materassi a molle che bucano la schiena. Peccato perchè potrebbe essere un hotel molto ma molto carino
