It's quite close to the beach and to the Center of Arts and Sciences. The room was clean but in general the hotel requires renovation to stay a 4-star one. It was Saturday when we stayed, and there was some celebration on the square nearby. Therefore, till 2am it was almost impossible to sleep! I do not know how often do they held these parties but may be it is somehow possible to announce such things in advance or at least provide guests with earplugs.. |

The hotel is clean, the interior has a design look, it is closed to the sea but not to far from the city center. We like the breakfast. the shower needs to be renewed; The terrace on the roof was closed and the staff would not open it. |

Very pleasant staff on reception. the hotel is an easy 15 minute walk to the acquarium, etc as well as the wonderful Acqua shopping mall and new El Cortes Ingles. Nice having the roof-top deck. Good internet connection in the room (free wifi). Providing benches and dumbbells in the gym. The Jacuzzi is not in use and this was one of the reasons that I booked this hotel!!- but was able to sunbake on the deck chairs. My safe wasn't working. All the cardio equipment in the gym was faulty. |

Very nice and helpful personnel. Nice modern room, with efficient and quiet a/C. Free in room safe. Free wlan in room. May have been a 4-star hotel, but not any longer! Fading elegance. Probably heavily upgraded at the time of Americas Cup in Valencia 2007, but after that going down hill. Two closed bars in the hotel, none open... |

The hotel staff was helpful and the proximity to town's beaches and local transport ( both within walking distance approx.10 minutes).Rooftop with bar and jacuzzi gives the hotel extra star if it is in operation ( 5 p.m. it was deserted). Chosen material on the part of skeleton of the hotel which is a bit rusty.There was quite a dust (black interior highlights it even more,so suggestion towards staff to focus attention to it and dust at last). |

Very courteous and helpful staff; Nice, comfortable and quiet settings for the breakfast; Conscienscious approach to the environmental and labour impact of unnecessary laundring, etc.; Spa bath was nice. Rusty runnings on the outside of window panes contrast with the cleanliness of the interior and obscure views; Slightly uncomfortable albeit stylish stone washing basin in the bathroom. |

Estilo moderno. Limpio. Buena ubicación. Buen desayuno. El personal del hotel muy atento y bien dispuesto. Alquilan bicicletas, lo cual es una buena alternativa para recorrer la ciudad o dar un paseo. Habitación pequeña |

Lo staff era molto cordiale e disponibile,la posizione era tranquilla,lontana dal caos della città L'arredamento delle camere era più votato al design che alla funzionalità.ES:le ante scorrevoli dell'armadio che sembravano "pericolanti" ed il box doccia,mal concepito,che provocava allagamenti ogni volta venisse usato.. |

Le calme, la propreté et le design de la chambre. Le quartier, l'envirronement du port est assez lugubre et aucune activité près de l'hôtel, restaurants, boutiques, etc. |

Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Angestellte. Jeden Morgen haben wir das Frühstücksbufett genossen.Zimmer und Badezimmer waren sauber. Netter Ausblick aus den Fenstern (die Eckzimmer haben 2 große Fenster) auf einen wunderschönen Platz. Von der Dachterrasse hat man einen schönen Blick auf Valencia und auf den Hafen. Leider, wie bei fast alle Beschreibungen, war die Dachterrasse geschlossen. Wir haben uns aber trotzdem Abends immer noch mal kurz dort oben hingesetzt und den Blick genossen. |

Zeer vriendelijk, hulpvaardig en tevens engelstalig personeel. Wij waren verast door het design. Ligging op 15 minuten lopen van het strand. Wat lastig te bereiken, omdat het hotel aan een plein is gevestigd (voetgangers gebied), waar je overigens wel met de auto mag rijden om uit en in te laden. |

Het is een mooi hotel, prachtig gelegen aan een rustig pleintje. Bus- en tramhalte waren vlakbij. Het hotel ligt vrij ver van het centrum zelf. Je moest bus of tram nemen. |

La posizione stratetica vicino al porto con possibilità di accedere facilmente ai ristoranti tipici sul mare e nello stesso tempo vicino alla fermata dei mezzi pubblici per raggiungere il centro storico. Buona qualità della colazione e camera dal design moderno. Le strutture tanto pubblicizzate sauna, palestra, solarium e bar in terrazza in posizione strategica al 20 settembre con clima ancora estivo non erano più operative e apparentemente decadenti e trascurate. In camera la tanta desiderata vasca idromassaggio non era funzionante. L'impressione è di aver soggiornato in un albergo che all'apertura era veramente una piccola boutique ma che negli anni non è riuscito a mantenere l'alto standard richiesto dalle originarie 4 stelle. Il servizio del personale stesso nonostante fosse molto gentile a mio parere non era all'altezza della struttura oltretutto segnalata nella guida dei migliori alberghi d'Europa.Classificazione hotel 4 stelle eccessiva. |
