The staff were excellent at the hotel, always happy to help and did so with a smile. I think i must have pestered them more than any other person ever has with questions on the area etc but they were always extremely polite and their english was also something to applaud. The only downfall was the location as we had to get taxis back from the city centre however the price of the room more than made up for the expense on cabs. I would deifnately recommend this hotel to future holiday makers. Thanks for helping to make our trip a memorable one for the right reasons…
