Staff was very helpful, the hotel was clean, modern and well located in a pleasant area. Free minibar was very much appreciated. We enjoyed the 15-minute walk to the old city through the citadel and park. We had requested 2 rooms, 1 with 2 beds as we are travelling with teens, and they were able to accomodate the request with adjoining rooms. |

good value for money, AC contemporary style and service quality (as usual in this chain). complimentary minibar. Location is a great balance between city center and business centers. some details in the room were missing and annoying: only one power plug accessible to charge a cell phone and the light had to be switched on in the Bathroom to supply power: great to charge the phone during the night! Also, no large mirror in the room (my girlfriend complained a lot...). No real bar in the hotel, just a complimentary fridge in the Lobby/lounge |

Friendly helpful staff who spoke good English. Availablity of a garage was most welcome. Quite far out from centre of city (good 20 minute walk). |

La situación en la ciudad (barrio de nivel alto), la limpieza y atención (como en todos los AC) y las instalaciones en general, mas servicio mini-bar gratuito. Las habitaciones son pequeñas para 4 estrellas. No hay el servicio de cafeteria-selfservice en la zona del loby, tal como anuncian en la publicidad del hotel y que si tienen otros hoteles de la misma cadena. |

Die günstige Lage, die moderne Einrichtung des Zimmers, das schöne Badezimmer, die guten Betten, das gute Frühstück dass ein Teil des Lobbys wegen Reparaturen gesperrt war, was die Bewegungsfreiheit ausserhalb des Zimmers einschränkte. Die Zimmer könnten etwas grösser sein. |

La ubicación que tenía Que estaba en obras, que las habitaciones eran muy pequeñas, es un mini hotel en el que dormir...nada mas. Demasiado ruido de las habitaciones de al lado. |
