The new front desk receptionist Nazaret was very friendly and helpful. I was allocated to a smoking room (I forgot they exist) and did not sleep well the first night. Got a change the following morning. |

Sólo buscaba un hotel cerca de esa zona de Zaragoza y ha resultado un acierto. Me hubiera gustado que tuviera piscina o gimnásio, pero el hotel está bién. |

Limpieza Si, las limpiadoras comienzan muy temprano, y aunque tienes puesto el papel de no molestar te llaman, hacen muchísimos ruidos, así que te toca madrugar. Además aún teniendo el papel de molestar, también te llaman desde recepción para preguntarte si te hacen la habitación... No lo entiendo, si pone no molestar!!!!!!!! |

comodidad del parcking mal insonorizado, por la mañana con la limpieza hacen mucho ruido desde tempranísimo.No tienen servicio de habitaciones y si bajas a la cafetería después de las 11h un fin de semana no te puedes tomar ni un café porque han cerrado. |

La amabilidad del personal El mantenimiento es deficiente. Para una reserva de 7 habitaciones (6 individuales para hombres y una doble para una pareja) en la única que estaba una mujer no se pusieron flores y sí en otras ¡! |
