The staff was professional, helpful, and friendly. The rooms were clean and the bathrooms were spacious. The rooftop pool with the view of the city was lovely. It is an easy walk to a city center with excellent shopping and restaurants. Wireless internet worked in the rooms. While there was not an issue in the lobby and rooms where there are tile and laminate floors, the carpeted halls leading to the rooms had a terrible smell...like cabbage and dirty socks. There are no hot pots or coffee pots in the room and breakfast was too expensive. |

Rooms were fantastic - very clean and well presented. Staff were vey helpful and friendly and roof top pool was great for the afternoon sun and is a really nice space. Free mini bar was a welcomed bonus after a long hot day walking around the city. The hotel is in a great location for touring the city only a few mins walk to the main area. |

Good room for relaxing, widescreen TV, minibar, clean washroom / powerful shower, staff helpful & friendly, near football stadium, grand reception area. View from room wasn't great. Streets surrounding hotel untidy. |

The proximity to the old town. We thought the food could have been a bit better. |

Friendly helpful staff very clean rooms. Close to city centre. Previous times we have stayed at this hotel it has provided free carparking, however this time we had to pay 12 euros per day which was a bit of a shock |

The room had a modern deco and I liked the pool on the roof. There was some dust around the room. The staff were curtious but not very welcoming. We were there on our homemoon and had told the hotel when we made our reservation, but nothing was mentioned. The food in the hotel was a mixture of very good and very poor. |

very comfortable, nice clean room, modern decor, reasonable size, good flat screen TV, excellent comfy beds key cards didn't work on second day - had to ask twice to fix it. Very ugly building from outside - monstrous sixties type concrete thing. But lovely and comfortable inside. |

the reception staff were very welcoming and pleasant. the room design was very modern and tasteful. We ate in the dining room which was quiet so lacked a little atmosphere but the food was excellent and the service was immculate. The parking is off site but not too far and we were aware of this before we arrived. |

Restaurant was good; staff efficient and friendly enough. Disappointed at the 'superior' room in a four star hotel. Indeed I didn't believe it was one and called reception to check. Definitely not up to standard of other experiences. |

Very good location to be able to walk to most destinations in the city. The pool is very small, however its a peacefull place to sit during the day time. |
