Standard Novotel. Friendly breakfast personnel. Nice breakfast selection and confection. Watched pool. Free internet, though in my case I could not get connection very often. Somewhat far from city for touristic purposes - you must walk 7min to metro or pick the bus 53 at the door and take some 30min to city center (Sol). It was very noisy, since it's an airport serving hotel. There's an overall feeling of unmotivation in staff, though they were helpful. |

The staff was very helpful. they gave us maps and information to move through the city. They always had a smile in their faces. The room was very comfortable and clean. Also the design was very beautiful. Another thing i loved from this hotel is that they have concern about the pollution and they give you tips and provide you products that are ecofriendly. |

The hotel location, the buffet breakfast, the parking and reception staff. The rooms are a little bit old. They need to be "refreshed". |

Fantastic, comfortable, quiet and very helpful staff. Bargain price even for Valentine's weekend. Fairly close to Metro station for easy access to central Madrid. Had a bit of trouble connecting to their free WiFi service. Access not easy due to so many one way systems around the hotel. Got there in the end though. |
