THe garden is beautiful and the staff were very helpful. Noise in rooms at front it not good and sound insulation between rooms is terrible. |

Friendly atmosphere, very clean, private garden and pool. all amenities, quiet position, near to centre of Pollensa taxi pick up from Palma by hotel staff , and return. Late breakfast, 'til 10.15am For the amount of money, the hotel charges, the breakfast wasn't wonderful !! Hot buffet breakfast not replenished, and could be quite cold Wouldn't stop me going again though.Continental OK. |

All the staff were efficient, friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was just what I was expecting and the garden was a delight. If I was going in the winter it would be pleasant to have a residents' lounge. |

Jolies chambres et emplacement agréable. Eviter toutefois le n° 4 si l'on ne veut pas avoir dans sa chambre le moteur de la cimatisation de la chambre voisine ! Accueil médiocre et indifférent (personne à l'arrivée - 2h d'attente par manque d'informations) , problèmes de salle d'eau et de ventilation bruyante pris en compte avec difficulté par le personnel. Petit déjeuner très moyen (pas de jus d'orange frais aux Baléares !!!). |

Läget och inredning samt pool. Motsvarade inte krav man kan ställa på 4stjärningt hotell. Dålig frukost, ingen hårtork på rummet. Amercan expresskort accepteras ej, trots dekal på fönstret. Vi fick känslan av att det var kris I ekonomin. |
