In the Ramblas, walking distance to and around Santa Cruz, most rooms recently refurbished. I had a junior suite for two nights for €150 - good value. |

Outstanding staff. Bedroom,lounge kitchen and balcony make it self contained. Minimalistic throughout. Just off the town centre. Will go back. |

Good city centre position on the Rambla in Santa Cruz. Excellent Reception staff ready to make us welcome and at ease. Re-furbished areas delightful. Well worth paying for parking! Difficult to locate with maze of one-way streets - not known to our SatNav. |

The staff were very efficient and helpful. The breakfast was not very good - the hot food was never hot and some variation of the egss, there were scrambled eggs almost every day, what about boiled or fried eggs (had these one morning) and maybe beans. The heating in the rooms did not work, for us this was important, we live in Spain,it was quite cold for us in Tenerife. We had to request extrablankets. No bar, so we had to go out alot. |

We had a junior suite for a good price, really comfortable travelling with a small child; small kitchen, big bathroom, sitting room en sleeping room. |

Sa propreté, son confort et sa situation géographique au centre de la ville de Santa Cruz de Tenerife. La chambre qui nous a été initialement attribuée ne correspondait à celle que nous avions réservée ( il n'y avait ni petit salon, ni coin cuisine comme prévu); aprés réclamation nous avons eu ce que nous avions réservé mais, malheureusement, une trés forte odeur de fumée de cigarette régnait dans ces pièces et nous avons été contraints de laisser la fenêtre ouverte pendant de longues minutes |
