Even though it is in a central location it was quiet and peaceful. Very nice hotel. I was in a single room. It felt a little claustophobic because the window was high up and the decoration was dark. |

Excellent location and a good price for inner city Bilbao. Great for shopping at Corte d'Ingles. Good cafes nearby. |

The rooms were clean and the staff were helpful. I was put on the 7th floor and the lifts only went to the 6th which was a pain with my luggage and I was not told this when I booked or given a chose. The style and feel of the place is rather old fashioned, sort of corporate 90's. The breakfast was disappointing and better could be had in any of the cafes and bars near by |

It's located in the center. The rooms are good size and the bathroom is equipped nicely The walls are very thin and we could hear our neighbours. |

It was convenient for the railway stations and tram stop: it was easy to find, the room was clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was good though a bit on the expensive side. Reception staff - one very helpful, another obviously overworked. A rather poky window in the bedroom looking out onto a void on which people could walk so not safe to leave the window open at night. |

Although the single room was small it was perfect for a short stay. The Hotel (and room) was really clean and staff were very friendly, informative and helpful. The food in the restaurant was extremely good. The location was perfect for strolling along the banks of the river to the Guggenheim or to the old part of the city. The room wasn't entirely sound proof so everything that went on in the corridors could be heard. This was the only downside and to be honest, wasn't that bad. |

it is near to the center/restorants and sites.good neighborhood, near to metro and other transportation I'd like to have a electric ketle to prepare Tea/caffe at the room when I do not want to get to the lobby. |

Clean, good value for money and convenient central location. Parking: There are plenty of secure municipal car parks in Bilbao (one very close to hotel) which charge a maximum of 13 Euros 20 per day- cheaper than hotel car park. |
