We used this hotel as an overnight stopover. We would do this again. The parking is easy, the hotel is comfortable and clean. We also enjoyed dinner in the restaurant. We had difficulty finding the hotel. Suggest better directions or a better map would be helpful. The view from the room we had been allocated was on to a brick wall. Reception changed this without hesitation but had this not been possible we would not have been happy. |

The location, not too far from the city centre, and the fact that it had good car parking facilities. On the day we stayed there was big reception for some children and their family. Service was not at its best. Following morning, at buffet breakfast, food left uncovered and a fair amount of flies had a feast. Staffing must have been stretched by previous day's activities. |

The staff was very helpful and spoke quite good english. The rooms were clean and big, the surroundings very quiet. I didn't like the fact that the hotel is placed away from the centre, however busses are there and the taxis too (except in the eary morning when people head home from the party) and cost about 10€. |

Friendliness of the staff and cleanliness and comfort of the rooms although we arrived very late No room service. We had been caught in the storms in France and arrived very late, a 6 hour journey having taken us 14 hours, but there was no food available. |

Friendly staff who spoke good English. Excellent swimming pool. Easy to find on the outskirts of Valladolid. Free car parking. We thought the hotel was slightly closer to the centre of Valladolid. It is not really possible to travel into town without using the car or a local bus, especially with small children. |

Nice pool and sports facilities The website suggested there was an airport shuttle. Also only a small selection on the menu. I think the hotel would be great when there are people there but when we were there it was very empty. |

Da facilidade de estacionamento no hotel. Indicação a meio do trajecto entre a circular e o hotel. Para pessoas de fora isto é muito importante. Só tem 1 placa no inicio de uma enorme avenida! |

Si se puede decir algo bueno, es que no hay ruidos exteriores. Está mucho mas lejos de la ciudad de lo que publicitan, colchas con agujeros y quemaduras de cigarro, tuve que decir que las cambiaran, las llaves bloqueadas todos los días, sin saber porqué, puesto que te cobran por anticipado. ¿Puede entenderse una cafetería que abre a las 13 horas? |
