Zimmer und Sauberkeit, freundliche Mitarbeiter am Empfang, sehr gutes und preiswertes Frühstück Beim Frühstück an den letzten 3 Tagen war kein guter Service. Alles dauerte lange, zB. der Kellner hat nach längerem Warten erst Kaffee serviert und für die nächste Tasse Kaffee dauerte es unendlich. Man war mit dem frühstück fertig, da kam erst der Kaffee bzw. wir haben uns selbst den Kaffee geholt. |

The staff was very friendly. Metro station near the hotel. The room was to hot and the A/C was not good enough.The TV was very far from the bed. |

The hotel was very convenient to metro stop. It was very reasonably priced and within walking distance to the bullring. However, the metro stop is also at the bullring and would have been much easier than walking. We just enjoyed the walk in April. The bath was very nice and the beds, somewhat hard, were confortable. The A/C did not work in our room---needed cool and just blew hot air. With the window open it was comfortable. |

Location, service, cleaning service. Smoking was allowed in the hotel, including dinning areas. Water dropped out of the shower cabin very easily. Some guests played loud music late at night. |

The location to the metro, very easy to get anywhere in Madrid. We wanted to stay in the Salamanca neighborhood so it worked well for us. No, it met my expectations - it was a standard European 4 star hotel |
