Su modernidad y confort. La media de edad del personal de recepción es bastante elevada, por ello quizas haya influido en un comportamiento demasiado educado y distante, a la vez que poco extrovertido y cariñoso. |

Ubicación y servicio. No me gusta utilizar el ascensor, realicé esa sugerencia en mi reserva para que no me dieran un piso muy alto y el hotel dijo que booking no había enviado la observación. Al piso 15 andando. |
