die Lage des Appartmentkomplexes ist grandios , man hat den ganzen Tag einen netten kleinen Hafen direkt vor der Nase, und kriegt vom Tourirummel in Los gigantes absolut nix mit!! die Nächte waren völlig ruhig trotz des Restaurantes unter uns, davon haben wir nichts gehört!

die Möblierung hat Sperrmüllcharakter, die Umleimer an den Küchenschränken waren weg und die Spanplatten völlig aufgequollen. alle Türen schlechtgängig mit dauernd abfallenden Klinken, die Balkontür nicht dicht, Farbe hatten die Fenster sicher nur beim Bau des Hauses vor etwa 30 Jahren gesehen.. viele Kacheln des Bodens waren lose...

the location was excellent overlooking the marina and the access to the large sea water pool was a bonus. we also found the buffet breakfast to be excellent value at 5euros

the apartment was very tired and needed a revamp. the beds were uncomfortable. When we arrived the curtains in the living room were ripped andhanging off but were replaced after consulting the receptionist.on the plus side the cleaners had done a thorough job and they deserve some praise as they were not in the first flush of youth! the complex was also run down. luckily we were only staying two nights

the location was beatiful.

we visited 10 years ago.the apartment and the whole block, was in need of some TLC.and very quite perphaps that was a contributing factor.

Reception service inconsistent. No air condition. Pool - not exclusive for hotel guests, hence very crowded. Pool - concrete everywhere, not very child friendly. No Having to rent TV, ventilator and HiFi

Convienient location, private and easy access.

Excellent location, its a peaceful spot with easy access to the little beach, nice open air (non-heated) pool and local restaurants, quiet bars and shops. The rooms are simple, dont go expecting luxury at these low prices and you will be fine. We had a complimentary breakfast on the first day and it was good.

Understandably as these apartments are probably 25 years old they could obviously do with an update but we paid 50 Euros a night for a 2 person apartment so its tremendous value compared to the alternatives. Be aware that parking around the harbour can be very busy so it might be worth enquiring about the underground carpark - its possible the hotel has access but we never asked ourselves.

De uitstekende locatie en toch wel gezellige appartementjes

Housekeeping. De kamers werden niet genoeg onderhouden, desondanks we soms het bordje aan de deur bevestigden en reeds vroeg vd kamer weg waren zodat ze de tijd hadden deze te poetsen, was dit niet in orde bij terugkomst. Zelfs na vermelding bij receptie werden er geen nieuwe handdoeken gebracht.

El horario de cierre de la piscina a las 6:00

La cercanía a la playa.

Está muy viejo y mal cuidado. La piscina no es de los apartamentos y a las 18 h. te echan, cuando aún quedan 3 horas de sol y buen tiempo. No conozco los comentarios de otros clientes.
