Anlage, Pool-Landschaft, Qualität des Frühstücks, gepflegtes Ambiente, sehr bemühte Kellner beim Frühstück Laute unkultivierte Engländer, lärmende Kinder, denen nicht vermittelt wurde, dass sie sich in einem 5-Sterne Hotel befinden, Ausblick zur Landseite auf Abraumhalde/ Baustelle, z.t etwas flekmatische Bedienung. Zimmer wurden erst gegen 15:00 Uhr gereinigt ( Handtuchwechsel) |

Sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Die Buffets zum Frühstück (inkl. Sekt) sowie Abendessen sehr reichhaltig und gut! Hotelanlage wie ein karibisches Resort. Sanitäre Anlagen im Bad sind erneuerungsbedürftig. Etwas hellhörig. Lage (zu weit weg vom Strand - dafür aber schöne Poolanlage). |

The large room looking out at the mountains, the rooftop sunbathing, the proximity to the airport and to the shops and restaurants. The service (in November) was poor. We stayed in the lovery outdoor courtyard to hear the evening entertainment and had to wat 30 - 40 minutes for table sevice to bring a drink - in the end we gave up. The food at the evening buffet is not 5 star- its fine but more like 3 star. |

Safe parking for the car, facility for sun bathing on roof,refrigerator in room. The overall down marketing to favor Thompson clientele.might make us re-consider returning for third visit. |

great reception staff, great breakfast buffet my laundry was late being returned, the cost of food & drink is far too expensive & the service at the bars is ridiculously slow (we waited 40 minutes for our drinks) |

Reception staff were very helpful. Pools were very nice Catering staff were not as helpful and tended to forget orders. Showers changed from hot to cold and back again |

I liked my room.good size. Staff helpful. Pools were great. Had a great time and would probably return. Liked the activities and evening entertainment for children. It is very large and the dining room is very spread out which is difficult for people with mobility problem but the hotel is accessible for wheelchairs and buggies. The food in the morning great and at the pool restaurant. However evening buffet and the a la carte dining was disappointing. More 4 than 5 star |

The cleannes of the room was very good.Free wireless internet.The hotel's ala carte restaurant is fantastic and very cheap compare to any other restaurants around. The gym its not open in the morning.Housekeeping cleaning rooms every day from 8 o clock .its a bit noise.O And dont forget to put the do not disturb sign always!1 Knock and they comeing in. :D |

Breakfast was very good despite of some other comments.Locatin of hotel is a liitle frar from beach.If you want to be always in the beach ,it is not good location.Its swimming pools were excellent and you ca not find them crowded at all ,always you can find good place in order to catch tan .nearby one good restaurants to have dinner or anything else.As a conclusion ,It is valuable for money . not refrig. in room ,you can not keep anything cold in your room.A little bit far from the beach ( it is obvious from google earth ).in some case ,You can hear your neighbiour's voices through the wall of your room.It is not good for sleeping if your neighbors are not good . |

The staff was really nice, the room confortable a clean every day. Very nice design Food was not wht I expected for a five stars hotel (too fat, not enough fresh fruits or vegetebles) |

The location was excellent, close to Airport yet just far enough outside busy area.The hotel was airy plenty open spaces adequate seating at any time of day or nighr and Facilities were excellent.All staff went out of their way to be helpful. Nothing, This is definetly one of the best hotels we have stayed in. |

Very friendly staff, very good kids club, size of room, clean, free wifi in room, location, range of facilities. Nothing really - this is a good 5* resort hotel. Maybe the food doesn't quite hit the mark, but it's good enough and I've have a lot worse at 5* UK hotels! |

The rooms were large and comfortable and the views from the roof top terrace were great. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Some of the food was over cooked (at the grilling station), however if you asked the serving staff, they were able to cook food to rare on request. |

This is an excellent hotel with top quality food and variety, the staff were extremely effecient and helpful. We went for a relaxing week and that was what we got, I have no doubt we will use both your facality and this hotel again. It was a little bit out of the hub of activity but having said we got a bit of exercise out of it. |

To start, my girlfriend and I are a young couple in our mid 20's. All in all we had a fantastic time at this hotel and would happily recommend it to anyone who is travelling to Tenerife. There seems to be a debate about the rating of the hotel on this site (4* or 5*). All in all the hotel is beautiful and providing your are not a complete fusspot you'd find it hard to fault it. |

The staff are superb any time of day or night! The sense of peace you get throughout the hotel. The facilities are excellent. I've seen bad comments about the breakfast and evening food in the restaurant. I don't agree with the breakfast comments - the 2 times we've been there we've had a variety of freshly prepared food, I've stayed in similar hotels in the area and had very much worse!! The only comment I have is perhaps keeping the rooftop area child free? The 3 pools on terrace level are excellent for a family area and most people who wanted peace and quiet gravitated to the rooftop. On occasion the peace in this relatively small area was shattered by screaming kids... not a very peaceful experience!!! |

lovely hotel, great area, great pool , lovely lobby , great cleaners,one of the cleanest hotels i have ever been in, lots of facilities- tennis pool squash mini golf e.t.c. Perfect but for the food!!! We were asked to pay in full as soon as we arrived in the door of the hotel.unusual and degrading. Also The food in the restaurant is deplorable .Only went to the a la carte restaurant la Raja once and i can honestly say it was worse meal i ever tasted. please take full board of your deals on website it will stop negative comments about this hotel.was unedible and i aint fussy |
