L'hotel est vraiment magnifique, parfaitement propre. Le personnel est très sympathique, la qualité des buffets au restaurant est excellente et les plats sont très variés. |

Les piscines sont fantastiques et l'animation sympa et non envahissante. Le personnel dans son ensemble est aimable et souriant. Les chambres sont spacieuses. Cet hôtel est un bon 4 étoiles et non un 5. Toutefois, les tarifs proposé par booking correspondent à un 4 donc pas de souci. Il y a de réels efforts à faire sur l'isolation des chambres et la qualité des repas. Cela manque aussi de transats par rapport au nombre de chambres. |

La sympathie du personnel d'accueil, la propreté des chambres et de l'hôtel en général, le cadre idylique. Le dîner du soir sous forme de buffet, les équipements spa assez réduits. |

j'ai aimé le côté anonymat qui fait que l'on ne sent pas géné dans ses mouvements et déplacements.J'ai apprécié le programme de TV allemand.J'ai apprécié le peignoir de bain qui fait que l'on peut descendre avec à la piscine, car il fait parfois frais et venteux.Le personnel est très discret.Piscine superbe. Je n'ai pas eu la chance d'avoir un frigo qui marchait, il était vide et cassé. |

Stratégie de marketing abusive en défaveur du consommateur (ex: entrée sauna hammam non inclus dans le prix de la chambre, mini-bar vide à l'arrivée avec obligation de commande d'un minimum de 8 produits non restituables etc...), services et installations ne sont pas à la hauteur d'un 5 étoiles, très bruyant de nuit empêchant le sommeil (installations électriques, pompes, compresseurs etc...) |

Standard of comfort of the room and the location/views were very good. An excellent swimming pool. The standard of the food in the main buffet was poor in comparison with other 5-star hotels we had experienced in this area. Although individually, staff were helpful and courteous, there were insuffcient of them to do the job required and service was poor. As a result the buffet was chaos at busy times with tables remaining uncleared, and guests wandering around looking for somewhere to sit. Similarly the A La Carte restaurant served good food but service was slow, again not enough staff. Facilities had been closed - there was only one bar open in the evening and the main entertainment lounge also closed. We were left with the impression that management had cut staff, facilites and food quality to save money or make larger profits. |

The large room looking out at the mountains, the rooftop sunbathing, the proximity to the airport and to the shops and restaurants. The service (in November) was poor. We stayed in the lovery outdoor courtyard to hear the evening entertainment and had to wat 30 - 40 minutes for table sevice to bring a drink - in the end we gave up. The food at the evening buffet is not 5 star- its fine but more like 3 star. |

Safe parking for the car, facility for sun bathing on roof,refrigerator in room. The overall down marketing to favor Thompson clientele.might make us re-consider returning for third visit. |

great reception staff, great breakfast buffet my laundry was late being returned, the cost of food & drink is far too expensive & the service at the bars is ridiculously slow (we waited 40 minutes for our drinks) |

Reception staff were very helpful. Pools were very nice Catering staff were not as helpful and tended to forget orders. Showers changed from hot to cold and back again |

I liked my room.good size. Staff helpful. Pools were great. Had a great time and would probably return. Liked the activities and evening entertainment for children. It is very large and the dining room is very spread out which is difficult for people with mobility problem but the hotel is accessible for wheelchairs and buggies. The food in the morning great and at the pool restaurant. However evening buffet and the a la carte dining was disappointing. More 4 than 5 star |

The cleannes of the room was very good.Free wireless internet.The hotel's ala carte restaurant is fantastic and very cheap compare to any other restaurants around. The gym its not open in the morning.Housekeeping cleaning rooms every day from 8 o clock .its a bit noise.O And dont forget to put the do not disturb sign always!1 Knock and they comeing in. :D |

Breakfast was very good despite of some other comments.Locatin of hotel is a liitle frar from beach.If you want to be always in the beach ,it is not good location.Its swimming pools were excellent and you ca not find them crowded at all ,always you can find good place in order to catch tan .nearby one good restaurants to have dinner or anything else.As a conclusion ,It is valuable for money . not refrig. in room ,you can not keep anything cold in your room.A little bit far from the beach ( it is obvious from google earth ).in some case ,You can hear your neighbiour's voices through the wall of your room.It is not good for sleeping if your neighbors are not good . |

The staff was really nice, the room confortable a clean every day. Very nice design Food was not wht I expected for a five stars hotel (too fat, not enough fresh fruits or vegetebles) |
