Excellent location, good food, pool, relaxed situation. Furniture is verry old and it's necessary to improve it, on the 1 floor is the smell of meal. |

This was our second visit in two years and both times and I felt we were very well looked after by all members of staff and we enjoyed the large variety of choice during meals. We will be booking a large family gathering in 2010. |

We applied a room for double bed with adultes.I mentioned that we come with two kids of 3 and 5 years old. They didn't notice my comment and at arrival they charged me 700 euro extra to pay. it was a suprise. If I knew before I could have time to change the hotel a bit cheaper. |

Very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent seaside location and view over the ocean. Many options for those looking forward for calm vacation at the seaside or romantic weekend. Pool, lush and green environment are great. Old amenities. If you're not the lucky one living on the top floor (6-th) view is not the best one. If possible request a room on 5-th or 6-th floor at ocean-side. |

Excellent Hotel, very clean, staff friendly. Will go back. Our room was over the bin store and each morning between 3.45 - 4.15am the bin truck came and it was very noisey. Also you can hear other rooms TV, toilets, shower etc very loudly. |

only stayed one night and it rained so not really applicable,but the views were good and pool area looked nice the food was not up to the standard i expected and even though it only rained in the day time, the tables and chairs outside were smoking was allowed were left wet |

larges rooms close to beac. Excellent breakfasts. Beautiful grounds excellent facilities waited 45 minutes to check in only to be told room not ready had to wait an hour and a half and then return to queue for another 45 minutes to get our keys |

Los servicios son buenos y el espacio el adecuado tirando a bueno. La habitación, por su ubicación, probablemente fue una de las que menos desearía por oscura y sin vistas. Para verano seguramente era ideal porque la vegetaión te resguarda del sol, pero en esta época, la oscuridad era absoluta. |

El trato del personal y las instalaciones. La comida es bantante buena Hicieron la celebración de una boda en el jardín y terminó a la 1 de la madrugada. A nosotros particularmente no nos importó mucho pero no sé yo para la gente que buscaba tranquilidad. Lo peor es que la discoteca la cerraron sólo para los de la boda. |

Preis-Leistung war ok. Die Buffets waren auch gut. Die Poolbar war in punkto Essen gar nichts, Kaffee schlecht und teuer. |

El trato en el comedor. Tenemos un hijo pequeño y enseguida nos buscaban sitio.Eran muy amables. el acceso a la piscina. Desde nuestra habitación no habían rampas para llegar a la piscina con el carro del niño |

Las habitaciones que nos dieron estaban mal situadas y con mucho ruido por las protestas de un sindicato de trabajadores en los exteriores del hotel. Solicité el cambió y nos dieron otras mejor situadas y recién reformadas. "Estaban muy bien". Había mucho ruido por unas protestas de Comisiones Obreras en los exteriores del Hotel y cerca de las piscinas. El Buffet, poco variado y baja calidad. |

Habitación bastante amplia y terraza grande con vistas. Está algo descuidado. El servicio de restaurante de la piscina es deficiente. Personal inadecuado para un 4 estrellas en dicho restaurante. El personal extranjero no habla bien el castellano, es difícil de entenderse con ellos. Hotel demasiado caro para lo que ofrece. Tiene instalaciones y tamaño de un 4 estrellas, pero la calidad es de un 3 estrellas. |

Se podría decir que la tranquilidad, ya que pedí una habitación lo más retirado posible de la piscina. En ese sentido, estuvo bien. De resto todo muy normal, el buffet, poco variado y de baja calidad. No me gustó demasiado que al abandonar el hotel, me cobraran por partida doble, varias consumiciones, que ya había abonado en efectivo, y que por un error de los empleados del hotel, volvieron a facturar en recepción. Así que.... Cuidadín, porque aunque abras una línea de crédito, si pagas en efectivo, te lo volverán a cobrar. En fin... No lo recomendaría, nada de otro mundo. |
