Room is spacious, clean and air conditioned. They don't force to use mini bar. View to the Atlantic. Hotel is very near to the beach. Food is very good, plenty of choices. It was good fun! I recommend this hotel. Staff was helpful and kind. Relaxation terrace area is great. Cash machine in the Hotel(with the best exchange rate during our holiday). Slight problem was for me that our room was opposite to the storage room and I woke up one or two mornings to the slamming of it. |

The common areas look very smart, including reception and resturant. It has a very smart and well maintained sun lounge area with comfy real beds with sun shades and soft loungers with stacks of cushions. Also the resturant has a decked veranda with ocean views for great dining experience. (Unfortunately the hotel has allowed this to become a facility for smokers only, a great shame). I'm afraid the centre of Playa de las Americas is getting old and run down. H10 Gran Tinerfe is on the edge of the centre with 2 largely derilict shopping areas nearby.Centres such as Fanaby and Los Christianas are newer and more vibrant. H10 Gran Tinerfe common areas have been refurbed and look quite smart. The rooms, however, need a similar makeover to the common areas |

De faciliteiten en ligging zijn goed, het hotelgebouw is geheel gerenoveerd, het eten wordt in buffet vorm geserveerd waarbij meer dan voldoende keus aanwezig is, de tuin en zwembaden worden dagelijks onderhouden en schoongemaakt de bungalows in de tuin zijn nog niet gerenoveerd, maar de ligging direct aan het zwembad maakt een hoop goed |

Bij aankomst waren we erg vroeg aanwezig. We mochten onze koffers neerzetten en alvast inchecken. De kamer was nog niet gereed maar deze zou snel klaargemaakt worden. De kamer was schoon en leuk ingedeeld. De bedden lagen heerlijk en waren ook groot zat. Bij het ontbijt is voldoende keuze van warm eten (friet/rijst) tot fruit en volkoren koeken. De ligging van het hotel is prima. Dicht aan het water en bij de boulevard. Bij hotel behoren voldoende faciliteiten. Al met al een prima hotel! Kluis was niet inbegrepen bij de kamerprijs en er was ook geen minibar in de kamer. Dit is eigenlijk verstandig om met deze temperatuur altijd op een hotelkamer te hebben. De badkamer had een wat oudere uitstraling dan de rest van de kamer. Verder wel lekker ruim. Helaas is de kamer ook erg gehorig! |

Me ha encantado su ubicación, terrazas sobre la playa, un placer para los sentidos, desayyunar al amanecer, una cena con elrumor del mar de fondo...ls piscinas muy bonitas, limpias y ambiente tropical. El personal encantador. Buena ubicación. Los baños y beauty no están al la altura. Su limpieza regular. |

Su magnífica localización junto al mar, su tranquilidad, el personal y el servicio de cocina. La reforma ha sido excelente y ofrece muchas comodidades y un buen servicio. Excelente la relación calidad - precio. Además, por su ubicación, permite desplazarte caminando a otras playas y lugares de ocio de Las Américas. Repetiremos sin dudarlo. Su pequeñísimo parquin, pero es lógico dada su localización, no es determi - nante a la hora de escogerlo. Quizás podría mejorarse la información sobre los servicios del hotel en las habitaciones (noches temáticas, ocio, espectáculos...). Y algo curioso: anunciaron una noche de comida mexicana, pero lo más mexicano que había eran unas garbanzas. Creo que debe tenerse cuidado con este tipo de detalles, su cocina es variada y de buena calidad, por tanto mejor prescindir de ello si no va a ser real. |

Goede service, huurauto werd bijvoorbeeld door hotelpersoneel geregeld. Hotel zag er verder erg goed en mooi uit, netjes afgewerkt alle ruimtes waren schoon en locatie was goed. |

La posición frente al mar y al lado de la playa con accseso directo ALgunos enchufes de la habitación no sirven para cables como por ejemplo el cable del ordenador portatil para conectarlo a la luz, y tampoco hay wifi en las habitaciones. |

zeer prettig hotel met fantastisch uitzicht op zee. personeel is zeer attent zowel bij receptie als tijdens diner/ontbijt. zeer aan te bevelen bij andere mensen voor rustige overnachting met alle comfort. ik betrapte mijzelf op pijn in de rug door het matras. mijn vrouw heeft hier geen last van gehad, maar de matrassen waren over het algemeen vrij hard. |
