Dand le centre. Personnel sympa. Buffets copieux et de bonne qualité. Prix des boissons correct. Service impeccable. Grande piscine et nombreuses terrasses. Parking gratuit à l'hôtel. Hôtel confortable mais sans luxe tapageur. Assez bruyant quand il y a du monde à l'hôtel (on entend les portes claquer). On entend aussi la musique des restos voisins si on dort la fenêtre ouverte mais le problème disparaît si on ferme la fenêtre et qu'on utilise l'air conditionné (silencieux lui). |

la piscine etait tres sympa, ainsi que le buffet repas, tres copieux et varié, meme si au bout d'une semaine, on se lasse un peu. le service au restaurant fut fort sympathique, et tres personnalisé. les chambres ne sont pas vraiment luxueuses pour un 4 etoiles. l animation etait assez pauvre, et la clientele de l hotel essentiellement composée de retraités anglais et allemands. dans l ensemble, notre sejour fut agreable, mais le soir il n y a rien a faire, et playa americas est loin d etre l endroit le plus agreable de l ile. il est recommendé de louer une voiture pour se balader sinon on s ennuie. |

la situation de l'hotel est excellente : en bord de mer à 5 minutes de la plage sans route à traverser et en même temps à 10 minutes des commerces et petits centres commerciaux. Tout le confort sans avoir besoin de voiture La course aux transats autour de la piscine |

L hotel est bien situe pour les plages et pour les promenades a pieds parmis les commerces et les restaurants aux alentours. Un peu difficile a trouver la 1er fois en voiture de location. A la reception nous avons obtenu tous les renseignements et conseils utiles. |

Le professionnalisme du personnel, la qualité du buffet offert dans le cadre de la demi-pension, la propreté des lieux et des salons agréables pour passer une soirée tranquille, jouer au billard ou tout simplement écouter de la musique. Un point négatif toutefois, l'hôtel se situe au bord d'une rue petite mais assez bruyante de jour quand on est à la piscine comme de nuit quand on est dans les chambres. |

I loved my room (218) with sunshine full on the balcony from 11.0 to 5.15. The food was very good, and the dancing (an especial pleasure for me and my dance partner) was the highlight of my stay. So much so that I was disappointed that there was no dancing on Monday evenings. The cleaning ladies were unfailingly helpfull and friendly. And so was the staff at reception. I shall certainly go back if possible. Not really. I was entirely comfortable and at my ease throughout my stay (7-17 November). |

It was a nice comfartable air conditioned hotel..room very nice with good balcony...fairly good location with plenty of facilities... Different prices for drinks in different bars or maybe it was because when ordering it went past a certain time and the prices went up...not quite sure what that was about. |

The location was ideal for the beach and the promenade along the sea front. The staff were all helpful particularly the front desk who went out of their way to direct me to Santa Cruz and to the football ground. |

Outstanding Breakfast Buffet - biggest and best we have seen. Very efficient at clearing and cleaning tables at breakfast. Very clean hotel in all respects. Well located on a pleasant part-pedestrianised road on the promenade next to beach. Handy for restaurants and shops and motorway.Very good sized pools and large pool-side areas, all spotlessly clean. Always something for children to do during day with enthusiastic kids club reps. Also dancing lessons for adults on terrace in afternoon. Lovely pool side bar with restaurant with elevated views over beach and sea - superb! Room had fridge, LCD TV and nice balcony with lovely sea views. Although bedroom and bathroom clean and well maintained, they are basic.. Noisy at north-end of hotel furthest from beach near to a bar with Kareoke. If in sea-facing room it is best to be on top floor (6th) to avoid noise from street traffic late at night and early morning. Entertainment not up to much if you like staying in for the evening. Limited spaces for free parking in car-park at front. Cannot comment on lunch or dinner as we were only B&B. |

I especially liked the pool, the view from our 4th floor room, the fun activities and friendly staff. I didn`t like that we had to pay for drinks at dinner, they didn`t even give us water for free and that they didn`t offer us anything for being in the honeymoon (other hotels offers honeymooners champgne, fresh fruits or flowers). |

food very good and plenty of it also very fresh very close to beach, walks and eating out, 20 mins from airport staff at receiption not too friendly. We had a room to the front of the hotel which was on to a busy road and there was a lot of noise late at night when people were going home between 12 oc and 4 oc if i go back i would request a room at the back |

stayed on bed and breakfast basis selection of food was unbelievable top class and the staff in the dining room were so helpful and polite.great location nice area and would definetly go again have already recomended it to others. plenty of things to do around pool everyday,even fashion show was great thought that around the pool area was a bit crowded lady next to us put up her umbrella and shaded us went to beach most days as a result |

Staff very friendly and polite.Hotel kept very clean.Restaurant had good selection of food. Hotel bedrooms needed a bit of modern decor and I felt the same about the corridors. |
