This was an exceptional experience. From check in to departure the staff and facilities are excellent. It is strategically well positioned for walking into the city and the undergound parking a bonus. All round a great place to stay with a price comensurate with what the hotle offers - breakfast was the icing on the cake. |

The hotel is very central, and there's a great tapas bar three doors away (on the right). There's no actual bar in the hotel, only the lobby, so the local tapas bar is pretty essential. |

The hotel was spacious and very pleasant and well situated to visit the historic center on foot. There were cobwebs in the ceiling corners of our room. |

The breakfast was delicious! The hotel is beautiful and close to all of the interesting sites in Salamanca without being immersed in the tourist throng. |

Excellent room, very pleasant staff at reception, and helpful in garaging car. Classical five-star European hotel. Mildly unfortunate to get to breakfast just after a 40+ tour group had demolished the buffet! Hotel had just one harried young lady on duty to try and satisfy the other hotel guests! Only 'slight' complaint - no "fresh Orange" juice ..?? In España - where they practically invented it? |

nice rooms, clean, easy access to all things... I paid less than 100 euros for a single room, I wouldn't pay more. The breakfast room is not good. They have nicer rooms, why not use these? This is never a 5 Star Hotel... |

Central location and available car park Reception staff were indifferent at check in; not all services were explained. Fancy shower was poor due to lack of water pressure. Breakfast buffet had cold fried eggs and poor selection of items. Hotel was non-smoking which was not mentioned on the website. |

I liked the location, in walking distance from both the railway station and the old town. I liked the free computer use for the hotel guests. |

The rooms look good, they are comfortable and have basic things you need, but no luxury as coffee set or water bottle waiting for guests. The interior design in hotel is good standard, but very classic. The personnel is very helpful and nice, especially when checking in, but you need to wait quite long to get service from the bar in the late afternoon. in our opion, the breakfast was very disappointing, not to 5 star hotel standard at all. The nespresso machines are really good, but there it stops. The fried eggs, which was only choice, were almost cold and already prepared and waiting in container, the organge juice was from supermarket, and all sandwiches and pieces of french bread were fully pre-made. |

The location was good, the food was off a very high quality and the catering staff were very attentive The restaurant only changed the menu every three months and after three nights you had tasted all the options. Infrared operated lights in the entrance to the room and the bathroom were very annoying |

The hotel was more than we expected and at a very reasonable price. From the staff to the breakfast to the room itself, the hotel was great. The only weak spot was the 'fitness room' due to its lack of equipment. |

Location is fine. Breakfast is ok, but the staff several times were very quick to remove glases or plates still being used. Reception staff seemed helpful. The indoor climate was very stuffy in our room. The automatic light system in the entrance/bathroom is annoying: You may find yourself in the dark sitting in the bathroom; and you easily wake the other person going to the bathroom at night. Although the hotel is 5 star rated it fells more like an average 4 star. |

The free breakfast was a huge bonus. The decor was fabulous. It is a really luxurious hotel. The staff were very abrupt and there was this sensored light in the room which would flick on and off when I movedin the bed. |

Location. It was a 5 minute walk to Plaza Mayor. Service. Everyone was nice and helpful. Comfort. Room was huge, bathroom was perfect. OK. TV was awful. Only 15 channels, and plenty of them, boring. |
