Everything. The room was excellent. The overall decor of the hotel was stylish. Nothing to complain about. |

I loved the easy access to the Centre (downtown areas), the affordable hotel price and hotel gift shop, the cleanliness of the rooms and friendliness of the hotel greeters and staff. I did not like the fact that they allowed smoking inside the resturarants and public hotel areas indoors. I could not enjoy eating in the cafeteria nor sitting inside the lobbies because I was gagging from the smoke. |

The facilities and the impressive design, the pool was lovely and staff very friendly, professional and helpful We were told we would have a non smoking room, however we did from the stale cigarrette smell, we did get another room but this one had a lot of dead green flies on the window ledge and floor. |

I liked comfort, nicely decorated clean room, tasty food, nice staff especially in the bar/restaurant, helpful receptionst, nice swimming pool and surrounding gardens. Yes, the wireless internet access was not always awailable, and the receptionist told me that everything was ok because he had an internet access in the recepton (wired) and other quests probably had as well (when they offered them the cable). It was not the point because I was using wireless conction on my I-Phone. When I went downstairs to the reception the receptionst was a bit rude. Finally the case was sorted out, but this person should be more polite towards quests. And the other thing is that most of hotel's staff speek poor English, it was quite difficult to communicate. |

Very nice swimming pool, nice bar, very friendly staff, good steak in the bar. Croquetas de jamón in the bar were burned and almost without ham. Gym is closed on Sunday. |

The reception staff were helpful with a problem we had. Easy to get the bus into the city. Finding it. It is called the Andalus Palace in 10 foot letters. We spent time looking for your description, the Silken Andalus !! If you like big soulless hotels this is for you. Coachloads of folk coming and going. |

Have their own parking, but with an additional cost. Easy to go to city center by bus(EUR 1.2 per person) or by taxi(around EUR 7 to the area around Giralda tower). Nice pool to relax, open until 9pm. Nice breakfast buffet. Pool and gym open very late. |

comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast in a nice setting. If you are traveling by car it is easy to find street parking. Bus stop to the center is close to the hotel. you will have to take a bus to the center of the city to see the major attractions. it is a generic hotel, without any unique spanish caracter. |

We enjoyed the stay but found the restaurants etc expensive. Nothing local so we had to go in to town to eat each night. Too fussy in the main area & the bar was so lacking atmosphere. The lighting was all wrong and the pianist was terrible. |

The hotel is clean and airy. The hotel staff were more than helpful. The breakfast buffet and restaurant were keenly priced and served good food. The bed in the hotel room was exceedingly hard and the first night I got little sleep because of this. I had to use the spare blanket folded under the sheet to give a little comfort. |

Beautiful hotel, great price and only a short walk or 4 euro taxi ride to the center of Seville. The pool was wonderful and a nice place to relax outside with the pool side lounge. Would highly recommend and would stay there again next time I am in Seville |
