The food is good, dishes are replenished throughout the meals and there is a large variety of choice. The spa is the best we have been in and at 18 euros per head for guests is still good value. All staff are keen, efficient and pleasant. Wi Fi is available free but has a poor signal |

I had one of the worst spa visits i have ever had, so i struggle to think of any good points...The barman in the bar lounge was the only member of staff that had any time for us. Well, i have a list of bad points as long as my arm. I went with my wife for a 1st year anniversary trip and was bitterly dissapointed. To shorten, if you want a relaxing spa trip with no hasstle and clean, comforting rooms this is not the hotel to choose!. |

Smart and tidy hotel, Nice and clean. Breakfast food was a little cold although microwaves were available.I would imagine in high season the pool area would be very crowded. |

Nice hotel with great facilities incl. great pool with seperate child area and spa, a popular childrens playground and wonderful spa area and fitness center. Rooms are nice and pretty updated with great bathroom. The quality of food is average (sometimes overcooked, but with some variety from day to day). |

We requested a room near the lift and got exactly what we wanted. The room was comfortable and spacious, the restaurant was a good size serving lovely buffet breakfast and evening meal with excellent choice. The free access to wifi was a great bonus too. Hotel very close to shops and cafes in the area. Sunbathing area around swimming pool very cramped. We didn't like the fact that you couldn't take your glass of wine with you when you left the restaurant. |

Very clean & well looked after hotel. Rooms were lovely Housekeeping would just walk into your room if you were in it & if you locked youre door they would stand outside the door knocking very early in the morning |

I enjoyed the quiet efficiency and friendliness of the staff. This applies to reception, dining room, bar and entertainment.I was also impressed by the reasonable price of drinks and coffee/snacks.A glass of wine in dining room was same as in bar. On one occasion, against the rules, young people played ball in the pool, preventing it's use by other guests. |

Fantastic hotel...food was unbelievable especially those chicken sandwichs! Staff and manager were great and really friendly.Hotel itself was awesome,interior design was fantastic and we simply cannot fault the place...Highly recommend a trip to the spa downstairs. |

I requested a room with pool view and balcony as it was my anniversary. They allocated a lovely room and provided a bottle of sparkling wine in my room displayed on table with glasses and napkins. The room was really nice and spacious and immaculately clean, as was the rest of the hotel. If possible I would go back next year for a few days. The buffet meals were of a good standard. |

I liked the breakfast, which was excellent. The pool was also very nice, along with the bar and public areas. The location was also very handy. I did not like the lack of free secured parking. The rooms lack the presence of an actual "fridge" to keep items cold, which is very necessary in this climate. I also think it's unacceptable in such a hotel to ask people to pay €4 per day for use of the safe in their room. Our Tv was also broken, but we were frustrated after asking about the other problems, so just left it. |

The location was excellent and the hotel itself was very clean. The breakfast buffet was fantastic with lots of choice and the rooms were very comfortable. I thought it was appauling that they expect paying customers to pay an additional 18 euros each extra to use the indoor pool considering it was not the cheapest stay. In additon as already mentioned they need to clearly state the indoor pool is not for children under 12 despite stating on their website it is a child friendly hotel! |
