Cancellation
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.
Up to two children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit
20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
A fixed amount of EUR 50 per room will be charged on the day of arrival and is refundable.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
An end-of stay cleaning fee is applicable for stays of more than 6 days.
The hotel reception closes at 16:00 from Monday to Friday and at 13:30 on Saturdays.
Guests arriving after 16:00 must contact the hotel in advance.

Modern appartment. Excellent views from balacony - fantastic for eating breakfast in mornings! Helpful staff. Good heating/cool air facilities. A kettle and a toaster in kitchen would have been nice. Location is quiute a distance from the main city of Alicante, so must be willing to travel to other areas of interest via tram/train/bus/taxi. |

the staff were very friendly and efficient there was no hot water for two days, disappointed that was no iron or hair dryer. the beds were quite uncomfortable and the area was quite noisy at night when the bars closed. |

Brand new (6 month) apartment hotel ideal for family holidays with very good standard. The pool area is small but sufficient for small kids and there are a lot of restaurants across the street. |

Very modern well managed apartment complex with good fixtures and fittings. The outside pool and garden areas were excellent with plenty of space. Close to town centre and only 250 metres from the sea. This part of Spain is very 'touristy' but this complex was very quiet and gave you the sense of being elsewhere! Would have liked a kettle! |

We arrived very late due to flight delays but arrangements were made for us to pick up the keys and everything went smoothly thanks to their excellent staff. The apartment was wonderful, lovely sea view from balcony, modern well equipped, very clean, everything you could ask for. Very nice tapas bar attached which proved very useful. |

la tranquilidad y la ubicacion,apartamentos modernos y funcionales. Al colchon del sofa cama se le salian los muelles,y los colchones de las dos camas estan hundidos del medio,supongo que sera por la calidad de estos,ya que los apartamentos son nuevos,espero por favor que este problema lo subsanen,seria un detalle. |

Los apartamentos son de diseño moderno, decorados con mucho gusto. Están muy bien equipados, y la cocina muy completa - con lavavajillas, horno, etc., que facilitaría una estancia larga. Las terrazas son muy amplias, con buenas vistas al mar, que está muy cerca, y además, por delante hay una zona ajardinada muy bonita. |

Está al lado de la playa, y tiene todos los servicios cerca en cuanto a supermercados, restaurantes y cajeros. El suelo radiante en el baño y el aire acondicionado ofrecen un alto nivel de confort. Se escuchan muchos los ruidos de los vecinos, y las camas no son demasiado cómodas. |
