Cancellation
If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
Pets
Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
There are tennis courts and an outdoor swimming pool in the area to help you stay outdoors and active.
Guests must contact staff on the day of arrival to arrange a time to meet at the apartments. Please use the telephone number which will appear on the Booking Confirmation issued by this site.
Arrivals between 22.30 and 07:00 incur a surcharge of EUR 20.
The Apartments do not accept American Express as a method of payment.
A deposit of EUR 250 by credit card or cash is paid upon arrival and reimbursed once the condition of the apartment has been checked by a member of staff.

I liked the attentiveness of the staff, their flexibility and readiness to answer any question. And of course an excellent location - just a stone throw from the beautiful beach. Good connections with the city centre - bus nr. 31 stops at your door. Excellent choice for those looking for a privacy and a few tranquil days on the seaside. |

Comfortable apartment right on the beach. Certainly a nice place, but there were some negatives detailed below. The 24-hour phone number is a joke. If you need any help, don't expect an answer. Also, they offer you no advice or information on anything when you arrive, and although we informed them of our arrival time, they did not show up and we had to call them. The security guard was no help in this matter, and if we did not have a cell phone that worked in Europe, we would have spent that night on the street. |

Son apartamentos muy nuevos, todo muy cuidado y muy bien decorado. En primerísima linea de playa. La chica que nos entregó las llaves del apartamento fue muy simpática y atenta. La cama supletoria es un colchón de espuma, algo incómoda. Propongo sustituirlas por sofá-cama en el salón. Está ubicado en una zona de reciente construcción por lo que es demasiado tranquila. Pero nada de lo anterior es motivo para no volver. |

la posizione in fronte mare, la pulizia e la grandezza dell'appartamento nessuna a parte che è distante dal centro (40 min con l'autobus) ma con il taxi si arriva subito in centro (10 euro) |

ruim appartement, luxe badkamers, geweldige ligging aan het strand, rustige plek erg ver verwijderd van het centrum, pendeldienst van en naar het vliegveld was niet aanwezig (tenzij je 160 euro betaalt), fietsverhuur was er ook niet, terwijl dit wel wordt aangegeven. Uiteindelijk fietsen gehuurd bij doyoubike.com in de Av. de la Puerta, wat peperduur was en vreselijk slechte fietsen aanbiedt. gevolg elke dag een lekke band, drama. Dit heeft onze hele trip vergald. |

Super bra strand og beliggenhet Støvsuger, oppvaskmaskin, bedre renhold når vi ankom, vinåpner, høyere kvalitet på kjøkkenutstyret, bedre veranda møbler, mulighet for å spyle verandaen, vinåpner på kjøkkenet, vannkoker. |

Un appartement qui a tout pour plaire : spacieux, décoré avec bon goût, bien équipé, et bien situé. Gardien. Facile d'accès. La forme en U du bâtiment nous donnait bien une vue sur la plage, mais surtout chez nos voisins... Mais cela devient un détail tant les prestations étaient soignées. |

Appartement stond direct aan de boulevard. Voor een strandvakantie was dat perfect. Het app. was schoon en smaakvol ingericht. Het had een (klein) balkon. App. was door de ligging lekker koel.Rustige buurt. Goede informatie bij aankomst. Bus naar de stad stopt bijna voor de deur en rijdt regelmatig (elke 10 minuten). Bed was nogal hard. |

su ubicación y el trato y atención de Javier Murguía, que nos atendió genial. Falta en el apartamento, un tostador de pan, y un kit de cortesía, jabon , champú etc. Su costo es mínimo y es un gran detalle. |
