I am familiar with the location Definitely need to add comfort to their beds. The beds are extremely hard and not comfortable. They need new mattresses. |

Todo perfecto. Fácil acceso y aparcamiento. Y en la misma línea que otros hoteles AC. Que la señal wifi no llega a las habitaciones (se solucionaria con algunos repetidores). Al baño le falta algo más de luz. |

La habitacion y el baño son amplios y confortables, Muy recomendable siempre que se disponga de vehículo para desplazarse. A mi entender es imprescindible tener vehiculo, pues está alejado del centro de Alcalà. |

Lo bien que nos trataron y lo cómodo que estaba el colchón. La ducha - muy buena y todos los artículos para el aseo, muy buenos también. La sala, muy cómoda con internet gratis - y te ofrecían un café o un té. El armario era bastante pequeño. |

El baño es una maravilla. La habitación y zonas comunes son cómodas y prácticas. Además tienen el detalle de que el minibar sea gratis, aunque, claro, lo abres y no encuentras gran cosa, pero vale, es un detalle agradable. Me parece un poco ruin, que el wifi no se incluya en el precio, y que por tanto tengas que contratar allí una tarjeta de prepago de movistar. Tuvimos que bajar a conectarnos a una zona común, junto a la cafetería; el lugar estaba bien, sin embargo me parece un requisito esencial, sobre todo en estos tiempos ¿qué les supone a ellos? |

Tranquilidad, limpieza, muy bien insonorizado. Correcto. Internet wifi de pago en habitaciones, aunque gratuito en recepción (?). Le falta luz en el baño. Y ciertamente, las almohadas son excesivamente gruesas. |
