All older children or adults are charged EUR 14.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Location was great for the Cervantes festival in Alcala We were lead to believe that our rooms would have balconies. But we were disapointed to find no rooms had them. |

The location was quiet although only a few minutes walk from the town. The breakfast was exceptionally good value and the staff were all friendly and helpful. |

Surprisingly spacious with large patio which made a huge difference. Private and quiet. Excellent value for money. Access to garage quite tricky with medium size car. |

The staff was very accommodating. I was able to leave my bags in my room when I checked out and they moved them for me and kept them for me all day long. I stayed in one of the apartments and it was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need to cook, wash dishes, do laundry etc. There were some ants that came from somewhere and ate a crumb of food that had fallen on the floor; but once I picked it up they disappeared. |

Great location clean. good for family but large numbers of male couples which didn´t bother us. Had super fun in Alcala. Manager billed us extra for taxes which were suppose to be included. A bit of a rip off. So we payed more but should have asked.Would like it back---but how??? |

The staff were very helpful and the apartment was well equipped. The location was good for walking to the university. We were very comfortable there. |

The room was clean, staff was courteous and willing to help with information, breakfast service was well arranged (although not included in the room price). Soundproofing between the rooms was not the best possible. |

It was a smaller place than expected but it was clean and has underground parking which is great since there was no where to park in the area. There were two TVs with 12 satellite stations (one English). The apartment was a short walk to the city plaza where you could find several restaurants. The kitchen did not have a toaster or coffee pot. |

It was a friendly and helpful staff with a family touch to it. The rooms were very clean. Rooms were small but no different than other European hotels we stayed at. Convenient location, just a few blocks from metro station, walking distance to many of the sites and close to places to eat. Can't think of anything we did not like about the place. |

Todo supermoderno. No faltaba de nada. El personal amabilisimo!!! Ocupamos varias habitaciones e íbamos con niños y estuvieron pendientes de todo, tuvieron detalles con los pekes y ademas no nos quisieron cobrar el parking, repetiré seguro... Un 10!! |

Sehr zentrale Lage in einer wirklich spanischen (!) Stadt, die durch die Universität geprägt ist. Weltkulturerbe. 3 Fußminuten in das traumhafte alte Zentrum, 5 Minuten zur Bahnstation nach Madrid. Mitarbeiter unglaublich hilfsbereit und freundlich. |

Nos ofrecieron un apartamento en planta baja, con un patio lleno de plantas, que nos encantó. El personal muy amable y de trato familiar. Estaría bien que renovaran el mobiliario y cuarto de baño. |

Alles prima in orde op de eigenaren na. In de voorwaarden van Booking.com staat erg duidelijk aangegeven dat kinderen tot 12 jaar gratis in het hotel mogen verblijven. Alleen maakten de eigenaren daar veel bezwaar tegen en zeiden dat ze hierover een probleem met Booking.com hebben. Helaas vielen ze mij er wel telkens lastig mee. |

Goed, degelijk hotel, met precies alles wat je nodig hebt. Met name de hulpzaamheid van het personeel is het benoemen waard. Daarnaast toch echt het goedkoopste ontbijt van Spanje (en niet eens slecht) |
