My family and I loved the location of this hotel. It was very close to the Plaza de Cervantes and many shops and restaurants. It was very noisy at night if we left the windows open, but if we closed the windows the room got very hot. It needs fans or air conditioning! |

Small hotel with an excellent location in centre of Alcala but despite that very quiet We should have been told that the rooms on the 3rd floor were attic rooms with only small skylights and without windows |

The cleanliness of the room was the main positive feature The hotel was quite noisy due to its proximty to the city centre. Room to room noise was also a significant problem |

It's central location, friendly staff and high standard of cleanliness. We had a most enjoyable stay. Our in-room safe was not working and despite our request to have it looked at this did not happen. This meant we had to carry passports etc. about with us. |

Su ubicación en el centro histórico la habitación al lado del ascensor, se oía a la gente cada vez que se utilizaba. la cama muy incómoda, saltaban los muelles del colchón que tenía un plástico puesto encima para que no notaras tanto lo mal que estaba. |

Onze dochter studeert aan de plaatselijke universiteit, woont in het centrum, het hotel lag zeer gunstig (paar minuten loopafstand) op een centrale, vriendelijke plek. Het hotel is gezellig en van alle gemakken voorzien die je voor de 5 dagen dat we er verbleven noodzakelijk zijn. Bovendien ben je zo (half uurtje) van Alcala per trein in het centrum van Madrid. |

No se cumplió con el precio de la reserva, así que he quedado bastante defraudado, aparte de no poder acceder al hotel en coche con el consiguiente paseo con el equipaje, y de una habitación bastante ruidosa por la noche |
