Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Each of the front desk staff spoke at least some English which made me feel very welcome. I speak no Spanish at all but was able to communicate with them. |

The staff was very helpful which was a plus since this was our first time visiting Spain. The location to the train station enabled us not to have to rent a car saving us monies. The overall appearance and cleanliness of the facility was a plus. When we return to Spain on our next trip we plan on staying at Kris Alcala again. The computer system for guest was slow and not as user friendly to someone from the United States. |

good interent wifi friendly cafe staff hotel receptionist on arrival was not helpful however hotel satisfactory outside this member of staff The problem i believe was more of a langauge difficulty, this hotel should not be used by anyone not speaking a little spanish |

La relación calidad/precio excelente. A un paso de la Autovia para salir hacia Madrid que es lo que necesitabamos. Las instalaciones y las habitaciones nuevas y comodas. Para repetir. Todo bien. Lo único es que hace falta el coche para ir al centro. |

Facilmente raggiungibile, letti comodi, wi fi nelle camere, colazione buona, camera tranquilla, personale gentile. Abbiamo chiesto se potevamo lasciare la macchina davanti all'albergo, dato che ce n'era già una, ma la ragazza della recepcion ci ha detto di no, massimo una mezz'ora; siamo andati a Madrid e al nostro ritorno davanti all'albergo era pieno di macchine!!!!! |

Muy tranquilo. La habitación cómoda. Se aparca bien, incluso fuera, y no es difícil de encontrar por la salida 26. Las habitaciones están poco insonorizadas. Se duerme bien, aunque a otras horas se escuchan conversaciones o toses. |

Dormimos y desayunamos 2 adultos y dos niñas de 10 y 2 años por muy buen precio (55€). La habitación era correcta en cuanto a limpieza, además nos pusieron una cama supletoria. Las instalaciones son relativamente nuevas. Resulta fácil encontrar el hotel si vienes en coche por la A2. En la zona hay un gran centro comercial y buena dotación de servicios en los alrededores. Wifi gratuito. |
