Location was exceptional as it was in Santa Cruz and about 3 min walk to the Cathedral and Real Alcazar. It is also next door to an authentic flamenco venue which was fantastic. Staff spoke English and very helpful. Free WiFi also a bonus. Air conditioning in the room was not working very well but still comfortable. There is also a car park within 100 metres although street signage to the hotel could be better but once you find it, you'll realise quickly it's a great location to see Seville. You have to leave your room key at reception every time you leave the hotel which is fine as it is 24hrs reception. |

The hotel location was very convenient to sights and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was very clean and we enjoyed our stay. I would not recommend driving to this hotel, the streets are very confusing -- leave it to the cabs. |

Very nice place indeed. Very close to the cathedral, in the small street, very close to the cultural center where one can watch the flamenco shows. Very nice and discret staff. |

The hotel was perfectly located in a wonderful neighborhood and close to all the sights to be seen in Sevilla. the staff was friendly and helpful, the room was adequate for our needs, and the breakfast was also very good. A slight smell of sewage at certain time during the day. |

Fantastic location, in the heart of everything, lovely staff, nice, comfortable room, great value for money. Only thing was that the bathroom was a bit basic and the shower wasn't great. Otherwise perfect |
