The rooms were comfortable It was a terrable stay. Although the A/C worked, the hotel turned them all off in all rooms to save money. It was very hot the night we were there and the hotel would not let us turn on the A/C. Very upsetting |

The cleanliness of the room. It was the only Hotel in Madrid that would accommodate a family of 5 without taking out an extra room. Good for stop overs / short stay. The air condition did not work. We were transferred to another room and it was even worse. |

Excellent beds, good breakfast, fast connection by train to Madrid. Clean and no superfluent luxury. Rooms at the west side are noisy because of the A5 when window is open |

Fácil de localizar gracias a la cercanía del metro. Amplia habitación y baño, quizá faltaban detalles a éste (complementos de jaboncitos, cepillos dentales...), pero si vuelvo puedo repetir por precio y comodidad. |

Limpieza, amabilidad personal La comunicacion del hotel es pesima, todo el mundo debe salir en coche, por donde entra - calle prohibida, infringiendo la señalizacion de trafico, y arriesgandose de un accidente, sino debe hacer 12 km para poder incorporarse de nuevo. |

Un hotel limpio, con todas las comodidades, sin lujos pero no necesitamos nada más, muy buen desayuno , bien climatizado. Ideal para cortas estancias, escapadas a ciudad, donde buscas limpieza, buena atención y un buen desayuno. Nuestra habitación era una cuadruple, para dos adultos y dos niños. La cama de los niños tenía una manta muy pequeña y no daba bien para que se arropasen los dos. De hecho el pequeño se nos ha costipado porque pasaba la mitad de la noche desarropado. |

La relación calidad precio es muy buena, es la opción más económica para visitar Madrid. Está muy cerca del metro y del tren de cercanías. Con el tren, te pones en Atocha en 20 minutos, y un bono de 10 viajes te vale 10,45 euros. |

Estos hoteles siempren cumplen un mínimo de calidad que mantienen en toda la cadena. Su relación calidad/precio es muy buena. Estando ubicado en Alcorcón, la estación de cercanías de Renfe que te comunica directamente con Sol, está a 200 metros |

Para ir el fin de semana está bien y justo de precio. Ya he repetido varias veces. Soy habitual cuando tengo que ir un par de días a Madrid. Que tengan posibilidad de ofrecer habitaciones familiares a precio aceptable. Lo de siempre la salida del hotel con el coche cuando quiero ir a Alcorcón. Pero se hace un poco de trampa y ya está. |
